THE SPACE
The single-storey home consists of 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a beautiful modern equipped kitchen, dining and living area with fantastic views from the garden.
Welcome to Sorrento's Amalfi Coast of the Mornington Peninsula, where memories will be made. Indulge in the most stunning view, which showcases Sorrento Bay, the horizon and beyond.
This conveniently located beautiful building on Constitution Hill opposite the luxurious Continental Hotel (Conti Hotel) is where you will find this 3-bedroom apartment. Park the car for your entire getaway and walk down the foreshore or up the road to Sorrento Village.
Offering a stylish kitchen with all amenities, an open plan living and dining room that leads to the inviting and private alfresco entertaining area at the back of the home, where you relax with friends, champagne in hand.
The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants, so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house will be used for relaxation-style holidaying; loud parties are prohibited.

The neighbourhood is safe and family-friendly. There is a guest guidebook at home with recommendations on what to do in the area; this gives dining options and local attractions suggestions. GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. There's also room to park your boat on the grass at the front. Everything is within walking distance, including the Continental Hotel, Sorrento Hotel, loads of cafes and shops and the Sorrento front beach. Please ask us any questions.
ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called, this could affect your bond, and we reserve the right to evict guests.
Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.
