This was the 2nd year we stayed here for our girls trip. There were a couple things that I think could have been better. The pool and hot tub were not clean. There were leaves in the pool we had to clean out and there looked to be algae at the deep end of the pool in spots. There is a pool cover but it was not on the pool to keep leaves out. I did contact the property manager who quickly responded and said the pool guy would be out to look at it. I never saw anyone show up that day, so I let the manager know and she said he had come out that night. I guess he added chemical or something but the next day it was still algae spots in the deep end we were not able to use the hot tub if we had wanted to because it looked as though it had not been cleaned in a while. You could see a water ring around it. We did swim in the pool but it just was not as clean as the first time we stayed at this house. Also the upstairs bedrooms had slight issues, one had a huge spider web with a spider in it on the ceiling fan above the bed and the other bedroom had a curtain that would not stay up on the window. All of these issues can certainly be fixed easily with better maintenance and cleaning and we will consider staying here again because we do like the location for our group and the size of the home and the pool is fun for everyone. I do appreciate the responsiveness from the house manager on questions I had before arriving also.

We spent eight nights at this location. And we wish we had booked it for several more days. This property was absolutely beautiful and relaxing! We would love to go back there again!

The home was absolutely beautiful! We loved the pool! We had so much space which was wonderful! Great place for a large group of people. Things that need some work… definitely need to look into the drain in master bath. There is an issue and water goes everywhere very quickly. Steps off master bedroom to pool has many loose tiles and is unsafe. They are also irregular height and a railing going all the way down would be beneficial. Otherwise the house was really amazing and we had a wonderful time! We made lots of memories. Kitchen was well

We rented the property so myself and 2 sisters and our families could enjoy some time together. Except for the guys participating in a golf outing. We enjoyed the roomy house and lovely pool area! We made all our meals at the house, played games, put puzzles together and just enjoyed each other's company. There were 20 of us there and never felt like we were crowded. The massage chairs were a hit with all and the little ones had fun being taken for rides on the golf cart. The hosts were very attentive if we had a question and we all would definitely return for more family fun! Thanks so much!

We had an awesome time! There was ample room and the pool was a great spot to share lots of fun. We enjoyed the backyard for activities and the trail to walk for exercise. Some tried fishing in the lake. The home is lovely and a great gathering place for a large family. We are considering a return trip next year.👍

Our annual family get-away loved this property with its spacious rooms and spectacular pool where the kids literally spent hours. This prompted our 5 year old granddaughter to say she wished we could all live together in a house just like this!

Our youth group was on a mission trip to the area and we stayed here one night. It was perfect for the evening and we would definitely rent again. Plenty of accommodations for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was stocked, clean and we had plenty of towels for our needs. We truly appreciated the pool and availability to host are large group.

All in all, we had a great time. The main attraction was the nice pool. The home is beautiful & very roomy. Kitchen & linens well supplied.
Host did respond to texts each time we alerted her to our problems.
Had several problems: golf cart needed repair, only used one day. Shower in master bath has a bad drain, can't be used to avoid water running down the hall! Son stayed in pool house & said it wasn't cleaned thoroughly. Shower head in pool house didn't function well, kitchen freezer door didn't close tightly on left side. Better access needed from house to pool, especially for handicapped. Had to walk through yard in front to get to pool or access to pool from master bedroom was difficult--porch had two sets of high steps, one did have railing but the second set was open steps with no railing, not safe.
The trash containers were completely full when we arrived so had to put all ours in the garage.
This is a lot but all in all, we made the best of it and did enjoy our stay. Problems could easily be solved & would return for another stay if fixed.

The week had several problems. Upon our arrival we found out the hot tub was not working (Part on order we were told). Fire pit had been removed because of damage (fire pit was replaced with a new one on Wednesday.) The chairs in the kitchen area were falling apart (Maintenance man repaired 3 of the 4 on Thursday again we were told new ones were on order.) On Friday I called the host to let them know that the icemaker was spiting out pieces of plastic (Maintenance man came over discovered broken pieces inside icemaker.) They were clearly not ready for guest. They apologized but offered no compensation for the inconvenience.

What a great place! We had a large group of 14-16 adults, 6 kids 2y-4y, and a 9y and 11y. Ample room for everyone to sleep and spread out! The pool was the center point hangout for the kids! My dad and brother enjoyed fishing with a couple of the grands and great grands. Beautiful right on the lake!
The kitchen and common area were good places for all to gather, laugh, play games, and just talk. The kitchen itself was sparse on supplies but we made it work.
The hot tub was pretty dirty so we didn’t use it. Someone came to clean it Sunday afternoon. We really didn’t need it with all the other things to do. I would have called and asked for it to be cleaned if any of our party wanted to use it.
The hosts were prompt to respond with any issues. Very friendly and super to work with.
When it’s my turn to plan the Fine Family Reunion again I will definitely plan to come back! Everyone had a great time and all said they really loved the place! The grands/great grands were sad to leave. They had so much fun playing with each other! We’ve met yearly for the past 20yrs. This was the first place to have fishing and swimming pool right on the property-with enough bedrooms for every family to have their own room.
I can’t say enough how much I loved this place!
It really has it all!

The house was a perfect gathering place for our family while attending a wedding in Joplin. There was plenty to keep kids and adults busy. We took advantage of the walking path in the green area in the neighborhood, the pool and the game system downstairs. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out or gather together. The heated pool was a bonus as it was a pretty chilly weekend, but the temperature of the pool allowed us to still use it. Would recommend this place without hesitation.

Had a fun long weekend and enjoyed the pool very much. The property host was quick with responses to questions. The property was accurate to the listing details. Neighborhood was very nice and quiet. I did notice some issues that I brought up to the property host so he could address and got a quick response that he had taken steps to make better. We are hoping to go back again next year.

Very pleased with the communication and answers to our questions. Our large family ages 8 months to 89 years (5 generations) had a GREAT WEEKEND at this property. Everything was as described. The kids spent endless hours in the pool which has nice trees for watching the pool fun in the shade, many nice seating options around the pool. Also, enjoyed the trails and friendly folks in the neighborhood. The lake was down due to no rain this summer, a few fish were caught and lots of paddle boarding. The pool house table was fun for playing cards. Large yard areas for bocce’ ball & bags. In the evenings the fire pit was a great place to unwind. (Bring your own wood). Nice size garage & plenty of off street parking. Would DEFINITELY RECOMMEND for larger family groups.

It was a hot weekend, so the AC was working hard…some extra fans would be great, but the property was amazing and the property manager could not of been nicer. We did a family portrait in the back yard, hired April Hurst Photography, so pretty. Some small things need fixing, but all in all a great experience!

This house has lots of great amenities and plenty of room. We had a group of 18 and everyone had a room. The pool was a hit and our crew enjoyed the fishing ponds and golf cart path. The property manager was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend.

This home has so much to offer and plenty of room for 16 of us. As i was told by property manager, this home had several back to back bookings which explains the need for a really thorough cleaning on the outside of the home especially. This didn't hamper our stay but i believe after we left a full cleaning took place. I would refer any of my friends to this property if time together is what you are wanting.

We had 2 of our boys wrestling in the District tournament at Carl Junction and the house was so convenient for our stay! We booked the entire property because we had extended family traveling with us and we utilized all of it except the pool house.
The heated pool was absolutely perfect in the freezing cold February temperatures! We didn’t want to get out! The older kids enjoyed the large TV for movies in the basement, while the adults were able to go to bed on the main level and upper level without being disrupted.

This was a great place for our large family vacation. Pool was nice and a pleasant temperature. Pool seating and pool deck was nice. Few hiccups with a few things but property owners were quick to respond and solve.

I can’t say enough about our stay. We enjoyed everything.. and the owner was very helpful with our entire stay. I would highly recommend this house! It’s beautiful, lots of things to do, and the atmosphere was very homey.

Really great stay. Had a team of 5 girls and 2 coaches and we all had plenty of room. Awesome location with the lake and trails nearby, explored on the included golf cart nearly every night.

This property has beautiful scenery behind the house and is roomy enough for large groups. The year-round heated pool is a great bonus for anytime of the year!

I rented this beautiful property for a late Christmas celebration with my two daughters and their families. The living room was perfect for a wonderful afternoon of presents. The kids were very excited to swim outdoors in January and the adults were excited to hang out in the hot tub. Unfortunately, the hot tub was not working, (and had not worked in a while) and the pool was a little green. The doors, vents and corners were not clean and the overhead rain showerhead in the master bath did not have hot water. Otherwise, the rest of the property was accommodating.
