Les Potiers RdC "Good
🙂 *The pictures are trustworthy.
*Tidy room.
*Many types of towels were available.
*Nice location.
*The view of the garden is nice.
*Nice kitchen.
*Netflix.
*Prior information by PDF was helpful.
🙁 *The non-stop air conditioner in the room was not really necessary. Instead, a ventilator should be installed in the bathroom.
*The noise of the fridge was sometimes disturbing.
*The electric kettle was obsolete. (Metal flakes came out when water was boiled, which was uncomfortable.)
*The door to the bathroom and the door to the bedroom were difficult to open.
*It was sometimes smelly in the bathroom. The drainage pipes should be checked."

A charming little flat in quiet location by heart of Arras
loved it, will go back
However - the bed base is nonexistent -virtually all the support bars are missing, and it therefore sags . They need to repair or replace.

Les Potiers RdC A really nice place in a great location. Free parking is about 7 minutes away if you’re walking and the city center is easy to reach.

Les Potiers RdC "The place was small but as-described and nice. In the old town, a very short walk to the main square with restaurants etc. Had a nice little outside area to sit in. Clean, with towels and shampoo and soap provided. They also left us some Arras chocolate hearts.
The best thing: Both the bedroom and living room had SHUTTERS on the outside. So both could be made completely pitch black for sleep. This is very important to me but rarely mentioned in reviews or descriptions."
