everything was very good, but the cleaning oven was very dirty. The mold on the bathroom doors came off with some bleach. Light switch and doors needed cleaning magic eraser work very good. For the price just thought it be lot cleaner.

We really did enjoy the house. It’s in the perfect location. The master bedroom was perfect! The house accommodated our large group. We weren’t right on top of each other. The front area was perfect for playing beach games. Being able to walk out of the house and right to the beach was loved by all. There were a few problems. There was some mold throughout the house around bathroom vents. Also, part of the ceiling fell down in the downstairs bathroom. It would have been nice to have a grill. The first floor deck was not connected in the middle. It bowed down when it was stepped on.

We stayed for four nights with our large family. The views were amazing, the beach access was perfect for our babies and everything we needed was within a five mile drive. The host was helpful when some of our family arrived earlier than checkin time. We had concerns about the upstairs bathrooms showing some mold. I hope this is repaired soon. We also felt like it could have been cleaner. There were bugs in the kitchen area. Be aware if you have elderly or babies because there are a lot of stairs.

The location of the house was perfect but would definitely not stay there again . There were bugs all over the kitchen . Had a bad roach problem . There was mold in the bathroom upstairs as well.

The location on the beach was perfect, and the view from the deck and from the living room was just what we wanted. Our main disappointment was that the kitchen had bugs. (Especially in the ice maker that never worked.) We also didn’t receive communication on how to get into the house upon arrival. After a 14 hr drive, we had to make calls to get that info to gain access. Surprising tgat wasn’t set up in the App so we could get to it easily on arrival day. We really enjoyed our stay, and there was ample room for our group of 11.

The house is very unclean from 5 feet up. When you look up, you can see no one has used a ladder in quite some time, dust, bunnies on fan blades, mold on top of the shower & black mold on the ceiling and duct vents to name a few. Out of all of it, the black mold is very concerning. By the end of the trip, most of the people who stayed upstairs, had a sore throat and or a cough. I would be very concerned if we stayed any longer for health reasons!
Called on Friday for icemaker repair we have not seen a technician that day. I called on Saturday to follow up and the operator said they are “waiting on approval from the owner to send a technician.” No word on Sunday so gave up.
Everyone’s sheets smelled horrible, it was apparent that the duvets had not been washed and smelled like body odor. Hairs on pillows even. The next morning after our arrival, we washed our bedding, and it smelled so much better
The wheels from the dishwasher are missing and you have to nearly pick up the bottom rack to get it to come out
The mattress is one of the worst mattresses I’ve ever slept on, I contemplated leaving early to go home, just to get a better nights, sleep. Everyone I spoke to in our party all had a similar experience with her mattress, and the pillows are very flat.
The house is infested with roaches. 10+ roaches killed inside home, crawling on walls countertops and in kitchen sink. The place is infested as smaller roaches are present.

The house has an amazing location and is reasonably comfortable. However the roach infestation is out of control. Would love to stay here again but this has got to be remedied before we would even consider it. We lived in South Florida and never had an issue this bad.

The check in started out rough. We didn't receive our code to get into the property, I had to call the manager a few times before we were about to get the code. The house is beautiful and very well stocked. It has a crib, fully stocked kitchen, ice maker, outdoor shower and lots of towels. You step out of the lower level straight onto the beach. The weather was amazing and the water was warm and clear.

Location was excellent. House was not up to what we were expecting. Bedding had holes in it, bugs in the house, went 2 days no hot water, lots of lights didnt work and outlets in the covered area has bare wire. Horrible communicatin between property manager and owner. It wasnt until we talked to the owners ourselves before anything got fixed.
We will not be back.

We arrived approximately 10 minutes early, I messaged the Property Mgt to see if we could get the code due to our grocery delivery was early. Check-in was at 4 pm, I received the code at 6 pm 2 full hours after having to call. When speaking to the representative, she was rude, non-empathetic and told me she will send the code and hung-up on me. This is completely unprofessional. The unit was semi-clean, dishwasher was not working (They did resolve that issue). I also reported numerous flying bugs in 2 bedrooms (In the beds also) never saw anyone show up. The 2nd representative was very understanding; however, my family and I have been coming to the area for 25+ years and this by far has been the most disappointing.

Absolutely perfect location to step right onto the beach. House is next to the public access beach walk. So ideal location and quiet area. House has plenty of beds for multiple families to stay or your extended family. Also had ample parking which not many houses have in that area.
