The living areas in the property consist of an open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, dining seating for eight, and a sitting room with TV, a lower-ground-floor utility with washing machine, tumble dryer, and freezer. The bedrooms consist of a second-floor double and a twin, and two doubles with basin and walk-in shower, along with two cloakrooms and a lower-ground-floor shower room. Outside, there is front balcony with decking and furniture, as well as permt parking at the Mayors Avenue car park. Within 0.3 miles, you will find a shop, and within 0.1 miles, a pub, and please note that this is a non-smoking and pet-free property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Note: The second floor bedrooms have low head height, please take care. Your journey to Devon begins at 19 Above Town.
