Beautiful house, comfortable stay. Close to beach, shopping, hiking, etc.
We loved all the items available for use; bicycles, kayaks, paddle boards, ping pong, fire pit, and so much more. From 3 yr old to 65, we all had so much fun!

This house was amazing! All of the added "play" items were so awesome. We had extremely hot weather during our stay so we had plenty of things to do inside the house in the hot afternoons and enjoyed having kayaks, life vests, fishing poles and bikes to take out in the mornings and evenings. There was something for everyone in our family to use. The front porch became our go to place for morning coffees and evening talks. The location is spectacular. Quiet neighborhood for walks and close to everything. We enjoyed riding bikes to downtown for an early morning coffee. Others enjoyed taking out the kayaks or using the fishing poles for early morning catches with our grandson (3 years old). All of us enjoyed how close the smaller local Sanders beach was. It was the perfect place for us instead of the huge public beach downtown. The owner provided high chairs, eating utensils and pack n plays for our littlest ones. The number of bedrooms worked perfectly for all of us to have our own space including each grandchild had their own to accommodate their different sleeping schedules making traveling so much smoother. My daughter (the parent of 2 small children) was extremely impressed with the effort to make our stay so easy. This is truly a "family" oriented home that was absolutely perfect for 6 adults and 2 children under 4 years old. Would be great for teens too!
Communication w/the owner was great
I HIGHLY recommend this house if you are going to be visiting Coeur d'Alene.

Allen and Lisa’s place is perfect for a family or couples vacationing together. Plenty of privacy and room to spread out. They have thought of everything a person could want in a vacation home and the location can’t be beat IMO. Everything is a short walk, bike ride away. Great communication and easy check in/out instructions.

Our family was attending our niece’s wedding at the golf course resort. It was our first time in Couer d’Alene so we didn’t know anything about the area or the best part of town to stay. The location turned out to be perfect on a nice quiet tree lined street in a quaint neighborhood close to everything. It was about 2 miles to downtown which we enjoyed walking to and from. If you don’t want to walk, just grab one of the 6 bikes out of the garage instead or make the short car ride. Lots of parking downtown so that’s not an issue.
The house itself is beautiful and well appointed! Our granddaughters loved playing with the wooden dollhouse and other toys. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone to spread out.
The Owners were wonderful to deal with as well and promptly answered any questions we had about the property.
We hope we are able to visit again in the future and would definitely book this property again if available!

We met our adult children here and this home was perfect for the five of us. Clean, quiet, and comfortable, there was plenty of space for everyone. We took a Segway tour of Coeur d'Alene (highly recommend) and sampled breweries and restaurants in the area - The Relic has amazing barbecue!

I have booked many vacation homes and this one was by far the best. The location was perfect and the home was outstanding. Plenty of room for 9 adults to spread out and then come together for meals in the large kitchen. Every attention to detail throughout the house was covered. The kitchen had everything you would need to cook meals at home. Supplies provided were over and above other places I have rented from. The game room upstairs was perfect for the rainy morning we had. A cute front porch was great for sitting out on and a patio in back had a fire pit for when the nights got cool. The owners were easy to get ahold of and very accommodating. We would love to visit again in the summer to use the kayaks and bikes provided.

We have stayed in Coeur d’Alene a few times and this was by far our favourite stay. This beautiful home was equipped with EVERYTHING you need and more. We had our three kids with us and they absolutely loved the set-up with the thoughtful toys and stuffed animals on their beds. The location was perfect and such an oasis. It was so clean and the prior communication was fantastic. We will definitely stay here again!

The house is set up very nice. The master bedroom on the 1st floor was perfect for my wife who has difficulties climbing stairs. Allen was super responsive to any questions we had. We were able to have my children and grandkids all in the same house which made for a great vacation. Great location, quiet neighborhood. Everyone loved the house!

Of the many homes we've vacationed at over the years, this will be one of our most memorable. The home was well stocked, exceptionally clean, easy walk or bike ride (4 bikes for guest use,) to restaurants and lake. Well done!

We spent our 23rd girls trip this year in Sanders Beach area near downtown CDA. Location can’t be beat and the home was plenty enough space to spread out yet full of cozy spots inside and out for visiting with one another. Home was well appointed with everything you need plus loads of recreational equipment to enjoy your time with all the outdoor activities available nearby. We were grateful for the camp chairs we used to cheer on Ironman 2023! Our hosts were always quick and available to answer any questions we had prior to and during our stay. Excellent hosts! Thank you for sharing your home!!
