Room and bathroom clean. Rooms was fresh but lacked clock. Room was very basic. Mattress was a little soft and few low to the flow. Curtain on the window would be nice to block out the parking lot lights. Was shade on the window but room wasn’t dark. TV service was good once pushed a few buttons and entered a password. TV could have been a little larger. Chairs in room were very small. Outside area well lite at night.

I spent more money at place that were not half as clean and modern as Ocala Suites.I liked having a code to check in late at night..

Very clean and fairly new place. Would recommend. Just wish it was closer to I-75.

It was a pretty good little spot in Ocala, a good middle ground between the terrible smaller hotels in the area, and the $3-400 downtown places. The room was large with a full kitchen that I didn't utilize, (bring your own pots and pans?) and a clean, well kept bathroom. The bed was quite firm, my arm kept falling asleep as a side sleeper.

It is an older facility that has been remodeled and modernized. It was very comfortable, clean and quiet. Very well lit up during the overnight hours and had a secure feeling.

The room was clean. The housekeeping staff was very good. The caulking around toilet and sink needed to be redone. The toilet wobbled drastically when you sat on it. There are no employees on premise between 6PM and 8 AM. The tv remotes didn’t work luckily the desk clerk was still there and could give us different ones. Walls had several holes where it looked like shelves had been pulled out of the walls.

Probably the worst experience I have ever had with a hotel and I didn’t even manage to stay. Evacuation during Milton I had booked 3 nights on 3 separate bookings to ensure maximum flexibility. All with free cancellation up to the previous evening if stay.
Arrived to be told on first day that they had no record of booking and that they were totally full. This is in spite of them sending confirmation emails
Secondly even though I had selected to pay at hotel on arrival they had charged my account 2 and 3 days in advance
They also sent out emails changing the cancellation policy to try and refuse refunds
No apology and only got money back via credit card company. Reported to Florida Better Business. These sort of business practices are well known signs of price gouging

It was great

It is a fully stocked suite with refrigerator, stove, microwave and utentiles with place setting for two. It was our place to stay during an evacuation from hurricane MILTON and served our needs very well. If we need to evacuate again I would certainly book this place again.

We had issue once again with TV was keeping licking up and request Guest wifi password which we had no way to enter it. I even talk before about this problem to Clerk on the phone but simply told me to hit exit and use the other remote. Was working until we connect our phone to guest network but that wasn’t such a big deal…what bothered me is see some foods and drinks half drinked in the fridge which tell me they didn’t clean….

Our short stay was agreeable even if the tv was not working, it was really nice after looking for houses to jump in a nice warm and strong shower.
Really easy to access the room with limited interaction with Office manager, all automated.

Loved the full kitchen and bath. A home away from home. Everyone was so friendly.

I love stating here

Room was spacious, kitchenette was great, bathroom roomy, quite clean, bed comfy, price amazing! Felt safe.
The only downside were the thin walls and noise in other rooms through the night.
We were only passing through so don't know much about surroundings.
Would be a great place for a week or longer if you are not a light sleeper or wear earplugs.
It was a good experience.

Would definitely stay again!

We my family and I visit Florida, we always stay here. It has kitchen and enough space for kids not to bother you😇

Suited my needs for a week long stay in Ocala.
Quite centrally, conveniently located.
The suites are quite generic, well equipped for self sufficiency and a longer term guest.
Nice entertainment options on the TV service.
My only wish would be for a full length mirror perhaps.
Quiet, and my only interaction with staff was cordial my requests handled efficiently.
Should be on a positive consideration list, for self sufficient folks.

Clean rooms, easy parking, nice building safe area.

Love the key lock. Need to give more towels and pillows but over all I’ll be back soon. I’ll ask my friend and family to come here

The room is decent and clean. The only issue we really had was the people in the room upstairs were walking very loudly on the floor.

This place is very Spartan, but in a good way. TV is large 4K, full-size refrigerator, full stove, microwave, air conditioner is quiet and efficient and spacious walk-in shower.. So is comfortable. Suggestions: Toaster, since NO dishwasher and new sponge in a wrapper, shelf for bathroom at sink, a better cutting knife.

Older but very well kept and rooms were large with nice kitchen. Very comfortable and quiet. It’s a little further from dining options in the newer west Ocala area. I would stay there again.

It had a decent kitchen with full size appliances, it appears to have been updated recently. It wasn't filthy but it wasn't cleaned well either. I don't believe the shower walls were clean at all. I wasn't thrilled to smell pot outside of the building but overall it worked for the 12 hours we were there

Nice and clean suite that was a great value for the money.

The staff was friendly! They worked with me for a little bit of a late check out. And continue to let me know to call them for anything I need! I don't see that much in Miami! Thanks to all

The room was never cleaned in the entire 3 nights we were there. Also, needs more lighting, very dark.
TV didn't work - shut off on its own periodically, & changed the stations at will on its own! Scarry!
No way to charge our cell phones, and all that could be corrected by putting in a lamp or two with charging capabilities. Not enough towels. All in all, not good.

My needs were met. Room was clean, very basic. Due to the regions high humidity, the shower curtain needs to be cleaned on the inside. The refrigerator was a bit loud. I highly recommend a dbl lock option on the inside and a "do not disturb" tag to br able to hang outside when cleaning services are not desired. Otherwise, it was affordable, quiet and pretty centrally located.

We like these types of motels, not a chain nor a highrise. Kudos for free parking as it's becoming harder to find. No ice machine that I saw which is important to me. Comfy beds and pillows. Housekeeper was knocking at 10am...not a plus. Overall I'd rate it a 7 out of 10.
