Гарна квартира зі всіма сучасними умовами. Рекомендую!

Розташування гарне, поблизу великий торгівельний центр, до кращого пляжу Венус 30 хвилин пішки. Господар пригостила пляшечкою смачного вина - це було дуже приємно! Все сподобалось!

Ключів один набір, це не зовсім зручно.

We had a great time, apartment is very well situated, spacious, with a pool available.Lot of sightseeing near by, close to the harbour,shops and the beach.

The electricity was problematic. For the air conditioning I had to change plugs and one air conditioner didn't even have the cable reach the nearest socket

Private parking in front of the block, very good communication with the owner, spacious and bright apartment, comfortable for 4 persons, nice sunny terrace, kitchen had basic goods like coffee, tea, salt, sugar... Just a hint for the next visitors - don't unplug the cord behind the right bed, because this is water pump (you will have no warm water).

Very poor sound isolation between apartments so the quality of your sleep depends also on the neighbors. One of the window shutters was missing in the bedroom, but I am sure it will be restored soon. Sofa in the living room is uncomfortable, its seat is moving forward all the time.

Great location and very nice and clean apartments. The owner is very friendly and was in connection with us if we had any questions. We had everything that we need.

It was a little bit hard to find the keys during the night, but we solved it).

A beautiful apartment equipped with everything you need, excellent location near the mall, and close to the beach.

The only thing I didn't like is that there is one set of keys that opens all the doors and the electricity. This causes problems if someone wants to go out and the other stays in the apartment.

Great stay at the nice place in Paphos!

Very clean, comfortable beds. All you need in the kitchen. Good Wi-Fi. Great swimming pool in the complex. Great location.

Might be dishwasher... But also without it was OK :-)

Great place, great location, but a tricky beach

Great apartment, clean, spacious. The owner Natalia always responds to all the requests. The big shopping mall is close by. There's a pretty good pool inside the apartment area, which you can use. A lot of restaurants just around the corner. A few words about the beach, you may find the info useful. The Lighthouse Beach is like 500m away - very close! The beach is very interesting in a sense that it has to grow on you. It is very rocky, rocks at the bottom are sharp, and you can have troubles getting into the water for a swim for the most part of the sealine. However, there's a tiny strip of the beach (to the left of the wavebreaker), where there are no sharp rocks, but a lot of seaweed for the first few meters in. If you pass through it, then it's a very pleasant bath/swim with a flat sandy bottom. Unfortunately, the first few days after we arrived, the sea was stormy with huge waves, and being with a kid, we could not get past the seaweed to the comfortable bottom. So at first we rejected the beach as totally unusable. However, we gave it another chance on Day 3, when there were no waves, went past the seaweed and had a pleasant swim. The water was very warm (a little colder than Fenikudes in Larnaka, but still comfortable), and we enjoyed the beach for the rest of the holidays. But before re-discovering the Lighthouse Beach, we chose to go to the most famous beach in Paphos called The Coral Bay Beach. You take the bus #615 (1,5 EUR per person, the busstop is situated right across the road from the apartment area) and it takes around 30 min to get there. In the morning the bus arrives every 10 minutes, however, sometimes it can be late. The Coral Bay Beach has a sandy and flat bottom (just a few rocks at the very beginning) and blue water. The water is colder than in the Lighthouse Beach, and sometimes it can be dirty with plastic and bottles and what not, because of the huge boats arriving from the sea with tourists for a swim in the bay...

The promised dishwasher was not there when we arrived. The owner said it broke before we arrived and so it was removed from the apartment. With four people eating in-house few meals a day, it was a bit of a problem. Wish it was communicated before we arrived.

wonderful. we hope to be back. would definitely stay here again

it was stocked with everything we could possibly need. Aircon in the 3 main rooms , pool was lush, reliable wifi and great location- equidistant from everything

minor gripes but we couldn’t get tv to work. would just need someone to tune in the stations and I think new remote batteries but we weren’t too bothered (or we’d have sorted it ourselves!)

We all (3 adults, 2 kids) had the most amazing experience and would go back again in a heartbeat

lovely clean apartment, well decorated with very helpful and responsive hosts, a great sized balcony, washing machine, pool and big flat screen TV. It was light and airy and we spent many happy evenings playing chinese checkers on the balcony, chilling in front of netflix on the large sofa-bed, cooking and eating food al fresco. Mornings we could go for a quick dip in the pool before breakfast. A truly wonderful experience.

Perfect!

Everything was perfect: I’m grateful to the hospitable hosts Natalia and Chris. Apartment is extremely cosy, comfortable and well equipped with the best location from all points of view (shopping, sightseeing or just relaxing on one of the beaches, Coral bay in the best, I guess).

I would recommend and would go back if I go to Cyprus.

The location is ideal for us, it is nearby the main road with restaurants and a shopping mall. We used the swimming pool from the apartment block every day and the house was clean when we arrived and well equiped.

Only small thing was the check-in procedure was not so cleared described (entrance to the appartment blocks, to the appartment block itself and there is one for the appartment block/electricity unit). But after a call to the host, it was explained directly.

When we arrived to Cyprus Natalia called us and insured that we landed and asked how was the flight.. at our arrival to the apartment she met us and showed us everything - where are the keys, the apartment itself, how to open the gates and so on.. She greeted us with bottle of wine and some cookies and a water bottle in case we didn't like the water from the faucet in the kitchen Overall the apartment and Natalia was very great and welcoming!
