I can enjoy the spectacular view while I was having the breakfast. Room was spacious, full of needed amenities. They have pool bar where I can order the mixer and they served you by the pool. There is a rooftop area where you can see the seaview. The atmosphere is clean and fresh! Staff is attentive. they've come to ask us what we might need.

It was clean and neat. From our room, we can see garden view where we prefered. Breakfast was good and we could choose variety of food. Staff at the restaurant was very attentive when I wanted the coffee from the coffee bar.

We enjoyed the pool in the late afternoon. We ordered Fresh coconut and Pinacolada! They were good. After then we went to massage where I reserved early. It is the place where we can relax for holidays. At Dinner, we ordered Thai curry with Rice and my friend ordered Crispy chicken burger! the food was fast! We didn't wait for long.

L’hôtel est mal situé et il n’y a pas de plage.
Par ailleurs, l’hôtel est très bruyant, la nourriture très mauvaise et les infrastructures ne sont pas qualitatives.

Der Pool war gigantisch.
Frühstück war toll.
Personal sehr freundlich.
Das Standard Zimmer zur Straße war sehr laut und hellhörig.
Schade war, das Seitens vom Hotel nichts gegen laute Gruppierungen, am Pool unternommen wurde.
Leider , gab es nur einmal kleine Handtücher, und dies nur auf Nachfrage.

Direkt am der Anlage kann man nicht gut ins Meer, aber Haad Rin, ein wirklich wunderschöner Strand ist fußläufig erreichbar

Der 10 Minuten zu Fuss entfernte Haad Rin beach ist wunderschön!
In den günstigeren Zimmern zur Straße hin kann es nachts laut sein.

נתחיל בזה שקיבלנו חדר אחר ממה שהזמנו. שילמנו הרבה יותר לחדר עם נוף לים ובריכה פרטית ובהתחלה קיבלנו חדר נוראי עם נוף לשומקום. אחרי שהסברתי להם ששילמתי לחדר עם נוף לים הם אמרו שיש חדר עם נוף לים אבל בלי בריכה פרטית. למרות ששילמתי כבר מראש לחדר עם בריכה פרטית ונוף לים!!
אחרי שעה בחום בחוץ העבירו אותנו לחדר שהזמנו. המזגן בחדר לא עבד היה חם בטירוף עד שבלילה הלכנו לקבלה ולקחנו להם את המאוורר בלובי .
הבריכה הפרטית פשוט בדיחה!!!!! שלולית קטנה ומלוכלכת מאחורי החדר.
לגבי הבריכות של המלון- לא ניתן להיות בהם בשעות היום כי חם למות ואין שום צל באזור.
המים גם מלוחים מי ים
בקיצור אכזבה גדולה עברנו למלון אחר.

מלון הכי גרוע שהייתי בו בחיים! מלוכלך מאוד , לא מתוחזק , ישן , אין מעלית צריך לרדת ולעלות כל הזמן במדרגות - גם מזוודות בצק אווט , המלון פתוח אז הכמות זבובים שיש שם לא נורמלית , וחם מאוד לא מורגש המזגן . בחדר שלנו היה עובש במקלחת , אבק במזגן , השקעים בחדר פעם עבדו פעם לא, מאוד ישן לא נראה כמו בתמונות בבוקינג.
המלון משתף פעולה עם אישה שאחראית על מוניות , אי אפשר להזמיו לא דרכה והיא דופקת מחירים מופקעים, זה ככה רק במלון הזה בשאר קופנגן ממש לא. בקיצור אכזבה גדולה חבל על הכסף

מקום מושלם לזוגות ומשפחה. נקי ומסודר עם שירות חדרים מצויין! ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת וממש טובה. נהנינו מאוד
היה מלא רעש, לצערי של ישראלים עם בוקסות בחדרים ובבריכה. המלון לא עשה עם זה כלום למרות שזה הפריע מאוד בעיקר בשעות הלילה.

Our experience at this property as LGBT travelers was disappointing. We encountered rude behavior from other guests, prompting us to depart after just one night. This seems to be a recurring issue at the property. The management failed to address the problem and were unresponsive and uncooperative to provide the necessary paperwork when booking.com agreed to refund us the remaining nights. Additionally, the quality of guests was lacking, and the rooms were small. The so-called ‘private pool’ was more like a cold pond and was not well-maintained. We cannot recommend this property or their customer service.

Das Hotel ist relativ neu und sehr schön gelegen. Die Zimmerausstattung ist top und der Salzwasserpool ist aussergewöhnlich. Der Sonnenuntergang den man dort sehen kann ist wunderschön!
Das Hotel hat Potential um eines der besten Hotels auf Koh Phangan zu werden. Jedoch muss das Personal geschult oder ausgetauscht werden. Hinzu müssen sie sich klar positionieren, wollen sie ein Hotel sein für alle oder nur für das Partyvolk.
Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig und man kann alles hören.
Hinzu müssen sie strenger reagieren wenn jemand sich nicht an die Regeln hält.
Gerne möchte ich erwähnen, dass der „direkte Strandzugang“ nicht besonders schön ist.

Die Lage war perfekt sehr grosse Poolanlage.
Wir hatten die Villa mit eigenem Pool. War klein aber fein.
Der Service war eher schlecht. Personal nicht konzentriert wenn man sie etwas fragte oder bestellen wollte. Zimmer wurden Zumteil nicht gut geputzt.

das Hotelpersonal speziell an der Rezeption ist nicht freundlich und zuvorkommend wie in anderen Hotels auf unser Reise. Dienst nach Vorschrift, mehr nicht.
Der Strand am Hotel und die Umgebung sind nicht schön, teilweise nicht sauber
Wir hatten eine Villa mit Pool. Letztendlich ist es ein etwas größeres Zimmer im Erdgeschoss eines Gebäudes, mit Badewanne hinter dem Haus.
Bei einer Villa mit Pool erwarte ich etwas anderes

Die Poolanlage ist sehr schön.
- Die Zimmer waren schmutzig, auf den Bettlaken gab es riesige gelbe und braune Flecken.
- Das WLAN/Fernseher hat über den gesamten Aufenthalt nicht funktioniert.
- Personal wirkte völlig unkoordiniert, war dauernd genervt oder hat falsche Angaben gemacht.
Angekommen sollten wir unsere Koffer abgeben und uns am Pool entspannen, bis das Zimmer fertig ist. Im Zimmer standen dann völlig fremde Koffer.
Wir mussten aus gesundheitlichen Gründen unseren Aufenthalt leider verlängern, wobei uns versichert wurde, dass wir eine Nacht länger bleiben können. Die Unterlagen zum ausfüllen wären aber erst am nächsten Morgen bereit - am nächsten Morgen wusste natürlich niemand davon und es wurde im dann völlig ausgebuchten Hotel, kein Zimmer reserviert.
Zum krönenden Abschluss wurde uns zum Schluss unterstellt, dass wir nicht bezahlt hätten, weil das Personal in ihren eigenen Unterlagen nicht durchsieht.

Management was chaos. The guests acted like hostel party goers. Party noises at all hours with no staff to supervise. A good night sleep is not possible. The pool area was never cleaned during the day, bottles floating in the pool, and the water was dirty. Marijuana smoking all day long.
Our room wasn't cleaned every day.
It's definitely not a 4 star resort, it's a glorified hostel.

Ein wunderschönes Strand Resort mit einer tollen Poolanlage. Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt dort sehr genossen, das Personal war wirklich überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und die Zimmer wunderschön eingerichtet und modern. Wir würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!
Die Zimmer sind teilweise etwas hellhörig, da man nachts das Plätschern des Pools gehört hat.

Das Hotel ist ein wirklich sehr schönes und gepflegtes Hotel in dem es sich sehr gut aushalten lässt! Essen und Lage ist wirklich super! Das Personal sehr freundlich und die Zimmer sehr sehr sauber!
Leider hatten wir im Hotel einige Hotelgäste die keine Rücksicht auf andere Gäste nahmen und Tag und Nachts bis 5:00 Uhr wirklich lauten Lärm machten. Leider wurde erst nach der 3 Beschwerde und 3 schlaflosen Nächten etwas unternommen. Das fanden wir sehr schade.
