Gorgeous little piece of paradise.

Gorgeous little piece of paradise. Very well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Beautiful location. Hosts were friendly and helpful. The train (only 2 in 12 hours) was a fun novelty for our older children. Beautiful view and the sound of the ocean close by were very relaxing. Enjoyed our little beach walk. Just wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy all it had to offer.

This place was perfect for us but families with younger kids should note the train line.

Beautiful Bungalow

Gorgeous self-contained bungalow close to Penguin and Ulverstone. Stunning bathroom and well appointed bedrooms, living area and kitchen facilities. We especially enjoyed the beautiful landscaped gardens with fire pit, multiple seating area and short walk to Goat Island Reserve.

Parking area next to bungalow was a little tight with our large car and large and low overhanging trees.

Great for trainspotting from the comfort of your living room! Property is modern, neat, and clean.

The house appears new, instruction to access are clear, property is very comfortable and clean. Parking is a breeze. Sounds of surf will lull you to sleep.

Technically property is beach front however there is a train line at your back door before you get to the beach. Views of the beach would best be described as "glimses".

Lovely private and restful location

We loved the quiet location and general ambience of the property. It was lovely to have a bath with a view and the other facilities were generally very good.

It would have been helpful to have a teapot, a grater and a lemon/orange squeezer.

Calming and relaxing. A beautiful spot to slow one's life down.

The location on the waterfront was lovely. Being able to laze in bed listening to the waves was calming and relaxing. What an enviable position in the state. Thank you for sharing.

Perfect hideaway

We love this property we have stayed before and will stay again, the location is the best, it’s incredibly clean and comfortable and has everything you need.

Clean and quite nicely appointed.

From the photos and description on Booking.com we were expecting a secluded and spacious place. Accommodation is right beside a house (the owners?). We could hear the conversation of the people next door. Also, the place is quite small for 4 adults, not the best fit for us - especially the lack of privacy (this might have been fine for a couple).

Loved the location right near the beach. Went out on the rocks at low tide to see what was in the rock pools. Great fun.

Lovely scenic location on the water, bungalow was well set up, great bathroom.

Scenic location, good supply of amenities, responsive host. Was able to take my dog for the stay.

What's not to like about this place it's amazing , the host certainly has style and it shows . I can't fault it at al,l beds were comfy and everything was clean .I'll be back that's for sure 🥰🥰🥰

Had a very enjoyable few days with good company.

It was a nice quiet location, even the trains were okay for a train buff with us. Also a great place to walk of a morning. Not far to get anything we needed.

Perfect location for exploring the penguin coastline. Wonderful Rocky Cape was well worth a visit.

Brilliant location. Penguins nearby, a wonderful coastline, Goat Island is amazing to visit. Rocky Cape National Park is outstanding.

Cosy, modern beach retreat.

The house is in an excellent location. It is opposite the beach and you walk along the railway line and through the scrub to get to it. It is quite small but very warm and comfortable. The decor is modern and light.

The back of the house is 4 metres from the railway line. However the train is going very slowly when it goes past - at approx 10:30 pm and again during the night. It didn't really worry us and was quite a fun experience to wave to the driver and watch all the carriages crawl past. Other than the train it is very quiet. It rained while we were there but on a warm sunny day it would be fabulous!

The location was awesome, we loved listening to the penguins at night. great size bungalow. well appointed.

The bed was hard but that’s probably more on me as I am used to a pillow top mattress.

Katherine was on hand to answer all our questions and the directions she gave us on check in were so easy to follow

it was exactly how I imagined peaceful and serene the little things like the Nespresso machine & pods were supplied even a bath bomb the views and even the train line were a special bonus
