Inhaber und alle Mitarbeiter sehr freundlich!!! Lage optimal - fussläufig alles erreichbar! Fahrradgarage vorhanden - perfekt!

Freundlichkeit des Personals. Immer ein Lächeln, immer hilfsbereit. Sowie man es sich vorstellt. Die Lage ist perfekt wenn man mit dem Rad Richtung Bardolino oder auch nach Lazise fährt. Unser Zimmer war groß genug und sauber.

Der Preis für die Räder ist ein wenig zu hoch wie wir finden. Eine Servicepauschale von beispielsweise 5,-€/Tag wäre ok. Ist das heutzutage doch schon oft automatisch inkludiert bei Urlaubshotels.

Fantastic hotel in a gorgeous location.

Great location and gorgeous walk along the lake into Bardolino town. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. This was our second year staying here and would go back in a flash.

Wonderful holiday with plenty of places of interest to visit

Fabulous

Absolutely would recommend this hotel. Spotlessly clean and all staff very friendly and really seems to enjoy making the guests stay prefect. Plenty of choice for breakfast with again exceptional service from the staff. The welcome drink is a nice touch and staff member takes you to your room and points out great spots located in the town.

Exceptionally clean and friendly place in a perfect location in Bardolino, 10 minutes walk from the centre.

Property was exceptionally clean, size of hotel was lovely. The location was perfect for Lake Garda and very accessible to public transport. The staff are so helpful and friendly and we plan to return again.

Excellent breakfast and wonderful helpful staff. About 10/15 min walk mainly by the Lake into Bardalino so nice location. Good value for money

There could have been a bigger pool and better facilities but then it would have been more expensive so I was happy with what I paid for

A perfect hotel for exploring Lake Garda and the surrounding region, and one that we’d all gladly return to some day!

Extremely friendly staff, great location, very clean facilities and wonderful breakfast - we couldn’t have asked for more!

We loved our stay at Hotel Gardenia. Location is perfect, with a scenic 10 minute walk into town.

Hotel was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was good, with a nice balcony with lake view. Breakfast was nice, with a good range of options. Pool area was excellent with service to your sunlounger via a QR code. Excellent hotel and will definitely be back.

Fabulous choice for a short stay in Bardolino

Great location for Bardalino, only a 15-20 minute stroll along the promenade. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast has a good variety with cooked eggs and hot tea and coffee.Food and drinks are a reasonable price. Rooms very clean.

The only negative is the road can be noisy when sitting by the pool but not much that can be done about that! stayed in a superior room with lake view, slightly small room but adequate.

Excellent stay at this lovely hotel. The hotel was spotless, there was plenty of choice for breakfast but what really made our stay was the staff. They were extremely helpful and friendly and nothing was too much trouble for them.

Extraordinarily friendly service, staff is great. Excellent breakfast. Close to the lake, restaurants nearby.

Hard pillows. Pool and rooms are small as to be expected in IT. Some rude guests.

Hotel was adequate, but next time I would chose a place with better lake access & views.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. Both pools were very new and clean. The hotel staff would deliver drinks and snacks to the pool area via scanning a QR code on the pool umbrella stands. This hotel is nicely located a short walk between Bardolino & Cisano.

The rooms could use some updating. The water in the shower wasn't hot enough on 1 occasion. This leads me to think that there isn't enough hot water if many people shower near the same time. The hotel was adequate for our stay, but pricey for the age and distance from the lake. We stayed at a gorgeous 4 star hotel in Venice the night before for a cheaper price. So, I'm sure that unfavorably skewed our impression of the Hotel Villa Charme.
