Baysyde is a wonderful Edwardian property located in a fabulous peaceful corner of the village with stunning views of the beach and estuary in Alnmouth. Offering cosy yet spacious accommodation which is comfortable and stylish, this cottage has been updated throughout with modern bright interiors, quality fixtures and fittings, and a light open plan living area perfect for couples and families alike to relax in and enjoy. With added benefits of private parking, outside seating area and being just a stones’ throw from the beach and all the village amenities, Baysyde is a brilliant base for exploring the beauty of Northumberland.

Open plan living, dining and kitchen area with wonderful views of the Aln estuary.

OTHER FACILITIES
Small outside seating area at with table and chairs. Gas central heating. All electricity, bed linen and towels included in rent. Private parking for 1 car. Electric vehicle charging point available for £50 per booking. £150 refundable security deposit required.
Can be booked in conjunction with Riverside Lodge adjoining the property to sleep 8 in total.
Amenities: Gas heating. Electric oven, electric hob, microwave, washing machine, dishwasher. TV, WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Highchair and travel cot available on request. Off-road parking for 1 car with EV charging port. Garden courtyard with furniture. One well behaved dog welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 0.2 miles, pub 0.2 miles. Note: EV charging port is £50 per week to use. Note: Zip-link bed splits into smaller then standard singles

Town: Situated just 4 miles east of Alnwick, Alnmouth is a charming resort popular with golfers and those seeking a peaceful holiday. The village lies on a narrow spit of land between the River Aln and the North Sea and was originally the port for Alnwick. Nowadays the area has returned to its unspoilt origins and offers a good variety of shops, pubs and restaurants as well as an excellent “links” golf course and some great rivers for fishing, as well as boasting miles and miles of splendid beaches and sand dunes to explore which afford stunning views of the North Sea. A short drive will bring you to Alnwick with its famous historic castle, The Alnwick Garden housing the Poison Garden which runs guided tours through dangerous botanicals and a variety of pubs and restaurants. Alnmouth is well situated for exploring Northumberland.
