Great spot to stay. The reviews and pics were spot-on, with nice added touches. Very quiet area, and just a nice morning walk to the downtown core (25 minutes) to get some exercise before or after breakfast.
Also, just a 20 minute drive to Brackley Beach.
Would definitely stay again.

Great location for visiting Charlottetown and day trips around PEI.

The host was very quick and helpful to respond. We enjoyed our stay, though it was hot while we were there. That may, however, be the fault of neither the property nor the host.
Strongly recommend!

We had a good time staying at the Sweet Semi in the City in Charlottetown PEI. It is an older house but quite comfortable. We stayed in July during a heat wave--the house was well cooled downstairs and in the attic. The bedrooms were upstairs and were a little hotter, but you could open the windows at night and the cool air coming off the ocean made it good for sleeping. We enjoyed a BBQ on the deck, and sitting outside in the late evenings were enjoyable. The street was quiet at night, and parking was no problem. It was close to some attractions, a short drive but it would have been a long walk for us. The bedrooms are upstairs and the laundry is in the basement, so if you have mobility issues it would be difficult to manage. We were fine with it and would have no problem staying here again if we go to PEI again.

This was a delightful house on PEI. Sandra was extremely accommodating when there was no hair dryer in the house and went out of her way to deliver one just in time after a shower! She was very responsive to all messages sent to her.
We had everything we needed and would come back to PEI and her house!

Lovely, clean and well-appointed house with outdoor deck and seating - lounging and dining- and large yard. Very quiet but close to everything even for walking- we walked to family as well as downtown without difficulty - groceries and brewery and Tim Hortons for coffee all very close.

We loved this place so very much - so much so that we extended our stay. They had everything we needed, and the space was very comfortable to hang out and relax in. The neighborhood was cute, and we could easily walk into downtown Charlottetown. I would highly recommend to anyone that wants all the comforts of home while visiting PEI.

We had a wonderful stay in Charlottetown! The house was exactly as advertised, offering a welcoming and cozy environment. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure everything was in order. The proximity to the Confederation Trail was a huge plus for our family, offering a safe biking trail. The well-equipped kitchen and thoughtful features added to the convenience of the stay (games, record player, sand toys, fans, air purifier, laundry etc.). The loft for our kids (5-8 years old) was a hit, providing a perfect space for them. Overall, a fantastic experience!

Really enjoyed staying at this property. Quiet, clean and conveniently close to downtown Charlottetown. Thanks Sandra for accommodating my poor back with a mattress topper :) which resulted in some great sleeps. The only 2 suggestions we would make are 1) a rubber mat for the tub to make showering safer and 2) more cutlery in the kitchen. Thanks for a great stay!

The home was lovely, Beautifully finished with amenities and access to the back yard. Very clean and we appreciated access to laundry. The main floor had great air conditioning and upstairs provided fans. It was a little warm for the days we were there. Everything else was great.
