This cabin is our dream come true. We are furnishing it for our comfort as well as yours! We have tried to create a space that we are proud to rent and you’ll be proud to stay. We have enjoyed finding cabin decor treasures and even framing vintage or vintage-inspired cabin wall art. If you feel like you’re home, our hope is that you’ll become return renters and then part of our cabin legacy.
You may park up to two cars in the front of the cabin and one on the cement driveway (in front of the garage).
Please enjoy the local restaurants right here in Strawberry, such as the Pie Bar, with dozens of flavors of empanadas, served hot all day. There are many more restaurants in nearby Pine. We had a wonderful experience staying at this cabin for a long weekend. The location is great being backed up to national forest, the area is very quiet. The host responds right away to any questions you might have. Our kids really enjoyed the upstairs loft and areas to explore around the property. Cabin is very clean and quaint. We will hopefully be returning for another stay!

The cabin was perfect for our family. Front and back yard provided exploring. Short distance to local restaurants.
VERY CLEAN. Plenty of games and puzzles the kids enjoyed. The loft upstairs was so cute! We enjoyed foosball tournaments!
Would def stay again!

I have stayed at many VRBOs and I have to say this was one of my favorites. The owner was super responsive and communicated before and during our stay. The cain is not huge, but the layout is great for a family with kids. My grandkids loved the upstairs loft. My only suggestion is to add a full size coffee maker. The K-cup single maker is good but not so much for a family of coffee lovers. I loved that the property borders the forest as we got to see a herd of javelinas walk by. We will be back for sure!

Place was cozy not too big not too small. Was clean and has almost everything you need. Views were amazing. We even had the cutest little squirrel that hung out on the porch. The only thing missing for us was a broom or stick vac, my little one got into a scuffle with a pastry and the pastry won. I tried to clean up best I could with a paper towel but would have been better with a broom of some kind.

The owner was very responsive to any needs and helped us have a wonderful stay. We particularly liked how the kitchen had all of the utensils you will need to cook etc... I would note that the coffee maker is a Keurig. We took coffee for a traditional drip coffee maker but were able to pick up the Keurig cups at a nearby store. Overall, we loved our stay and would return. We enjoyed going for walks and seeing the wildlife.

We rented this adorable a-frame on Labor Day weekend with our friends. Each family has two kiddos and the upstairs loft with cute beds and a foosball table was an instant hit! The hosts have done an incredible job of labeling items in the kitchen for easy navigation and everything you need is there. Communication before and during was great and location can’t be beat. It’s at the end of a street backing to open forest, quiet enough to see elk crossing behind the house a few times a day but right down the street from popular Strawberry eateries. Thank you for a fantastic weekend, we will be back!

This was an amazing cabin in the woods! The two bedrooms were perfect for two couples and the upstairs loft had 3 beds suited well for the younger kids to stay.

This was the perfect getaway for our family of three. And we can’t wait to go back with our extended family in the fall, there is enough space for everyone, The cabin is nicely furnished and clean. The beds are so comfortable - and the loft design with the little nooks for plugging in devices and a nightlight are genius. The dining table is great for eating in, and the table on the deck is great for eating out and enjoying the cool breezes! Wildlife, deer and elk wander by and the birds are fun to watch.
Being located at the end of the street means it is very quiet and we heard no traffic noise. We didn’t do any hiking this trip, but enjoyed the fun small town shops, the PIE BAR and the other restaurants. One of our favorites was the new candy store - our 12 year old loved that!
We will certainly return!

Our group of 10 stayed at this cabin over the 4th of July weekend. We enjoyed everything from the smallest details of decor in the cabin to the quiet surroundings and comfort it provided. We had a minor issue involving the A/C and our host Dianna was quick to respond and resolve the situation. This is the perfect getaway to enjoy quiet starry skies with all the amenities of home! The kids enjoyed Foosball and space in the loft to make it their own hideaway. With the Forest bordering the property, we had a few elk as well as a gray fox stop by for a visit.

I’ve only been to Strawberry a few times driving through. It is a lovely town. Some friends and family decided to make a long weekend this time.
We found the perfect place to stay! This very well loved home is definitely a retreat. It’s at the end of a street and backs up to a forest abundant of wildlife and views. The home is so well maintained and you can tell the owners take pride in it. There are plenty of places to sleep, hang out, and relax. They’ve thought of everything you could want or need. It felt like a home and not just a weekend rental.
We fell in love with Strawberry and this home. I will send all my friends and family your way and we will definitely be back! Checking dates now!
