About this apartment rental
Destination Dandridge – The second oldest city in Tennessee
The first thing you will see when you walk in the door beside the spacious surroundings is the welcome sign, which you will feel in this beautifully redecorated upstairs apartment. Sit back and relax with all the comforts of home after a long day of hiking, biking, shopping in nearby Sevierville, or playing the day away at Dollywood.
Suppose fishing is more your game Douglas Lake is less than a mile away, one of Tennessee’s most prominent water playgrounds with 43 miles of water to explore and 30,400 acres covered. In that case, you are sure to find a fish or two depending on the time of year and what you are fishing for; there is no telling what you will find. Several fishing tournaments take place on the lake year-round.
Largemouth Bass: March – June
White Bass: January – April
Crappie: February – early May
Sauger: January – April
There is plenty of space for boat parking on the apartment property. If you are bringing your boat, Douglas Dock is 1.2 miles away. No boat, no problem; there are several marinas nearby if you want to rent a boat, relax on the water, and enjoy looking at the Smokey Mountains off in the distance. You can even take the time to visit some restaurants along the shoreline and enjoy a bite.

From my first interaction with her to check out, Angela made my family and I feel thankful that we chose her place to stay. The apartment is super clean and comfortable. Knowing someone genuinely cared about providing an awesome rental experience allowed my family to relax and truly enjoy their stay.

From the moment we walked in we loved the apartment and the amazing view. It didn't feel like an apartment as far neighbors beside or under you. This property was spotless one of the cleanest I have stayed in. I own a cleaning company so I look for everything. Lol. The owners are amazing. We had the pleasure of meeting them both. One morning the electric went out and they had sent me a message before I could them to let me know. They were prepared and offered to bring us a cord to hook up to the generator. They also had coffee going and asked if we would like to come over for a cup. We will definitely be going back to this location.

This place got us perfectly. 4 guys 2 trucks and boats in town to fish a tournament. Super clean and easy access. If we are back in town we would definitely try to rent this place again.

Me and my son and his girlfriend stayed here for 2 nights. We had tickets to the night race at Bristol Motor Speedway. So this was a perfect "in between" place for us because it was an hour away from the track and that was perfect. The apartment was clean and everything we needed was furnished. A very nice place in a perfect neighborhood just off the beaten path. Beautiful! We would definitely stay here again.

This apartment is lovely, with a beautiful view! It is so clean and comfortable. I had to work during our visit while others took care of family business. This was a perfect place to stay. We went on lovely walks into the nearby town. This is close to business roads, but so quiet. Owners very helpful and available, but not intrusive.

This was a great location not far from anything. Was a nice location to be able to spend time with family. Had everything we needed there.

This is one of the BEST places we have ever stayed in! The location, cleanliness, communication, and space were all perfect! We were making a quick stopover on our trip from Indiana to Georgia, and with 3 kids (one in a pack and play), this place was so much better than a hotel room! We will definitely be back on our next trip to Indiana! The view is beautiful too! Thank you for your hospitality!

Couldn't ask for a better stay! Apartment was beautiful. The view out of the living room window, gorgeous! Entire place was super clean. I'd love to know what she uses on her laundry...the towels and linens smelled amazing! Thank you for hosting us. If we need a place in the area again, we'll definitely stay there.

Great place to stay. What you see in the listing is what you get, which is awesome. It was clean and has everything you need. Beds were comfortable, location was quiet and quaint, and it was easy to get to. We stayed for one night before a long trip home and it was just what we needed. Thanks, Angela!

This was a fishing trip for a myself and a friend. The property is under 5 minutes from downtown Dandridge and Douglas lake. Plenty of parking space for a boat and truck, albeit its a little award spot to back a trailer into but totally do-able. Electric outlets available for charging the boat and a fish cleaning table available for your prized catches.
The property came with a nice sized kitchen and living area. Lots of comfy seating room in the living area. Also must note a super fuzzy area rug that felt amazing underfoot. (seems silly to say, but you will understand once you walk on it)
Everything worked. Everything was clean. Lots of little extra touches like some light snacks and games left in the space for us to enjoy when not on the water. Cooking utensils, plates, hair dryer, soaps, lotions, towels, shampoo etc etc. It was all there and available for us. Priced very well to local hotels but SIGNIFICANTLY nicer. We stayed in a few Dandridge hotels a few times in the past, never again
Hosts were very good with communication at the time of booking and with questions we had. Always prompt and friendly. Once we were situated, they did not interrupt our stay or "big brother" us like I have had other hosts do.
Class act all around, will stay here again during another trip to Douglas lake in the future. Thank you!

Location is just minutes from the lake which you can see from the window. Very quite and clean. Property manager is very quick to respond to any messages. Will rent again on our next trip.
