The back porch has a stunning view of the lake. The home was even bigger than we thought. This was a great little getaway for our family. The host , McKay is very responsive and helpful. I recommend a pick-up truck to drive up the little hill. But I did get my minivan up just fine with just a little struggle. (But I'm a country boy so I'm used to driving off-road.) I very highly recommend this cabin. It's really wonderful.

We stayed 2 nights over the 4th of July weekend. The place is amazing and the process was smooth.
The road is steep, but that why it’s called the perch. It’s worth it!

Great location, everything top notch. This will be are go to each year. (a little pricier than most but worth it)
Couple of things owner may want to check out before next guest. Did not negatively affect our stay.
- Ice maker did not work, door frozen shut so could not look inside. We just bought ice at store, easy fix.
- left window by door busted, glass on ground(duel panes only outside window busted)
- floor board by door has come loose, tripping hazard.
- electrical outlet on main floor bathroom did not work
- saw hanging on wall left of fireplace appears to have come undone, hanging by one screw
- master bedroom small holes in screen door.
All minor things, had a great stay. Thank you.

The house is just as advertised. Very well equipped and many thoughtful touches throughout. The view is amazing and the house is very clean. It was within day trip distance to both Bryce Canyon National Park and Zion National Park. The driveway is very very steep but we didn’t have any trouble with the small SUV we rented. I would stay here again if I were in this area.

The house was absolutely amazing. We had unexpected weather that caused us to stay in a couple days and we still had a great time. The house was hands down the cleanest I have ever been in with any rental company. For the price, the view beat any other available property. I will definitely be staying at this house again in the future.

This is a great place to stay! Highly recommend 4 wheel drive to get up there but it's totally worth the view. This was a great spot and the view in the morning breath taking! I will be going back for sure! Also great access and quick travel time to the lake for some great fishing!

This was a great property. Clean, comfortable and plenty of room for the 5 of us adults. Close proximity to the lake-the view from that deck was fantastic. They are specific about the driveway for a reason. My AWD Jeep did just fine but I could see where it could be a challenge!
Kitchen was beautiful. Had everything that was needed. We did all mention that we wished there was more water pressure.
All in all, a beautiful well done property. Thank you!
