Exceptional. Really enjoyed the holiday.

Good choice of foods at various restaurants. Pools were a good size and never felt crowded. Service from the staff was exceptional. Our flight was in the afternoon and the staff were more than happy to provide us with a FREE extended checkout. Special thanks to Michael and Omar at reception for organising this.

There could have been a better choice of vegetarian food. But we spoke to the staff/chef and they were happy to assist in sorting this out. The labelling of food could have been better.

Memorable vacation

Overall exceptional experience, you can find all you need relaxation and also fun with interesting activities. Very supportive, friendly and cooperative staff and special thanks to Ahmed at the reception, Adel from transportation team, Amr at the restaurant and Aya from guest relation. The perfect vacation destination in Harghada if not Egypt

This is the best location I have been to, from the hospitality and friendliness of staff, to facilities, beach, food and food quality, this is the best place and my family decided to never go to somewhere else later, and actually we will be back next month to spend another weekend

Wunderschöne Hotelanlage mit außergewöhnlicher Garten und Poolgestaltung. Die Freundlichkeit und Aufmerksamkeit des gesamten Personals in allen Bereichen ist hervorragend. Verpflegungsvielfalt und Getränkeangebot sehr gut und völlig ausreichend.

Es hat uns alles sehr gut gefallen und erhält das Aldau von uns mehr als verdient 5 Sterne.

Everything was spectacular. The property was amazing in every sense. Pools,beaches,golf, biking.. and many other amenities. The food was exceptional, many options to choose from and chefs were very courteous.

Good food, good property bad attitude stuff except for few

I like the landscape and the pool

They have very aggressive bad attitude stuff with Egyptians especially in the pool bar and restaurant except for few who were friendly.

Our stay was great by all means.The hotel is very spacious, luxurious and joyful. I so much thank the very professional and human oriented staff members of the hotel especially, the Receiption staff, the room service staff and the lobby bar staff with very special thanks to Mohamed Anwar ( lobby’s bar waiter). Everything was great, the room, the hotel facilities and the location. Again, the staff are just wonderful and well trained. MANY THANKS, you made our stay a memorable one ❤️ I loved my stay at the hotel and will definitely comeback again soon 🤩

The food was average especially the breakfast. I would say it was a bit below my expectations but overall the food taste was good and diverse. The extra beds (for the kids) were so uncomfortable as well as the pillows . I literally was suffering every night trying to fall asleep.

Regarding our stay .. the Staff are very polite and professional and respectful really appreciate that hospitality and for the hotel facilities and food’s really its great compared with other hotels and resorts The room is very clean ..Over all great experience its not the first and not the last one .. for the breakfast its great location in the early morning and i like the fresh juice.. thanks a lot for all the staff

old rooms, the room facilities and there are all inclusive and ultra all inclusive which not understood by myself and also if you don’t drink alcohol it will be not comfortable as you have to charge for fresh juice
