No bad attitude, courteous, helpful and knowledgeable staff: The best asset of the hotel. Also, excellent location, almost on the main avenue of Arroyo de la Miel. Serramar works hard to keep the hotel clean.
1) Horrible, lousy, useless wifi. Believe me, it will search every 2 minutes. Completely unreliable system that won't even work in the lobby. It needs an urgent upgrade. 2) "Private exterior bathroom" means you won't have a bathroom in your room. You must exit your room, go down the corridor, and open a door by the corridor in order to use the toilet or to shower. No sink in the famous bathroom. Extremely uncomfortable. 3) Flimsy door locks. It feels like anyone can open your door with just a push - or a credit card. 4) Terrible bed mattresses, you'll need to visit a chiropractor after a stay.

A lovely little place to lay your head. It was very quaint and traditional. Bed comfy and the whole place was spotlessly clean. Air con was powerful. Felt safe as a solo woman. They also let me check in early which was appreciated.
Didn’t bother me much but the Wi-Fi didn’t work well.

"The stay in this clean hotel (SERRAMAR) was very pleasant.
Its geographical situation is excellent. It is close to all aminities.
Great welcome with kindness and sympathy. The staff is very kind and always available to help you.
The room is very tidy and well organized.
A common space with a coffee machine, TV and balcony is available for all guests. But unfortunately some customers do not ensure the cleanliness of this space..
In short, it is a hotel that is worth the detour and that I highly recommend.
Finally I want to thank all the staff of this great establishment.
I say to this smiling and helpful staff muchas gracias."

The WiFi was really bad. I got no connection in my room at all and even in the common room, it was unreliable.
The walls are thin and there was a bit of noise that woke me up at night.

the room was lovely and clean, gentleman behind reception was brilliant teaching me plenty of Spanish! overall a lot better than I was expecting for such a low price. I opted for shared bathroom which really wasn’t as bad as I expected either
you have to ask for the key each time you come back to the hotel which isn’t too bad! also lift was quiet small
