The entire apartment, located on the second floor, has been equipped with new furniture and leaves nothing to be desired.
In the kitchen you will find various oils and spices, which guarantee you a successful cooking evening. A dishwasher is also available. If you are a tea or coffee lover, we have also provided a kettle including various types of tea and the coffee is also available. Of course, the toaster should not be missing for a successful breakfast. The kitchen is very open and connected directly to the dining room and hallway.
The living room impresses with its spaciousness and attention to detail. The 55" TV has Smarttv, with which you can watch your favorite series on Netflix and co. and enjoy the evenings to the full. The beautiful old building walls and the decorated ceiling trigger nostalgic feelings, which tempt you to relax.
In one bedroom there is a large 1.60m box spring bed and a large and spacious wardrobe. In the other bedroom you will find a comfortable 1.40m double bed and a large chest of drawers. Both bedrooms have a bedside table and a reading lamp. Let yourself go and enjoy your favorite book under the covers.
The bathroom is ultra modern with a comfortable shower with easy access, a bathtub and natural light.
The entrance area has an open design and is equipped with a full-length mirror.

The apartment is located near the university hospital and has public transport connections directly in front of the house. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the city center and by car you can be there in less than 3 minutes.
Lake Constance is nearby, around which there are impressive bike paths that you can ride with friends or on your own.
You can also hike very well and there are various bathing opportunities nearby in summer. The nearest ski area for a good winter sports experience is only an hour's drive from the apartment.
If you don't have a car, there is a very large community to fall back on. Download the Uber app and you'll be picked up within minutes. Public transport is also very well connected to the apartment.
