Boasting magnificent ocean views, a gorgeous landscape surrounded by tropical jungle, a small river that marks the limit of the property, a crystal-clear turquoise pool, and an immaculate interior, this stunning home is located above one of the most popular and beautiful beaches in the world and a few meters from the Manuel Antonio National Park, the most visited in Costa Rica.
About 50m away is the main street with the best restaurants, bars, shops, banks, and supermarkets, all very close to home. The nearby surroundings offer a wide range of sporting and recreational activities such as surfing, jet skiing, paragliding, zip-lining, excursions to the rainforest with squad or jeep, canoeing, rafting, whale watching, and deep-sea fishing for Marlin. At night, there are discos and bars with live music.
Inside, you'll be in awe of the home's large spaces, high ceilings made of almond wood, exquisite decor, and periwinkle walls adorned with various pieces of modern art. The entrance, kitchen, dining room, and living room with terrace are located in the same space but on different levels. Next to the kitchen and dining room, there is a small outdoor ranch with a barbecue and a viewpoint of the river, sea, and jungle. And, with ecological air-conditioned spaces, everyone can stay cool and comfortable.
Out on the terrace, there are daily visits from park animals, such as monkeys, toucans, and other birds that can be observed from inside or enjoyed in the abroad. Feel free to kick up your feet in one of the many hammocks and let the rays of sunshine soothe your body as you slowly doze off. Or, enjoy the privacy of your own rounded pool with some drinks to celebrate, before heading upstairs to watch the sunset.
