I do not recommend staying here until all the faults are fixed. The price does not correspond to the
Clean bed, towels. The house is located relatively close to the beach: a 7-10 minute walk to the sea, but I recommend going by car or golf cart to avoid carrying beach equipment. Plenty of parking space, two driveways. But it is advisable to park on the main driveway.
When we arrived we found a lot of problems, like - dirty ACs and filters (we cleaned filters), main AC dirty and with mildew. no internet, water heater does not work, remotes for TV does not work, all ceiling fans are dirty (we cleaned it), the fence is partially absent, just 2 cups. We reported to vacasa service line about it every day. They did just: the fence, left for us new universal remote outside the door. THAT'S ALL!!! I have all pictures. The window ACs (first floor and both bedrooms) are too loud. And we all waked up when they start to cold. It looks like scam.

Not the kind of memories we had hoped to create.
Interior was clean
Third bedroom and half bath was downstairs with a separate entrance making it useless for my family with two adults s and 4 kids. This was not clear on description We never were able to get the TV to work. I personally have set up many television/cable/internet hookups. I took everything apart and checked all cables. The television was never to sync with the xfinity box and returned to a rolling/searching circle each time. I suspect it was due to spotty internet. When we arrived the smoke detectors were chirping and batteries had to be replaced which we did at our own expense. Finally on day 2 the hot water went out and we could never get it reset or get help from the Vacasa app. We left early on day 3 of our 5 day stay.

Was great location and we loved it, it just needs to be more clean and organized
Big space, close to the beach, quiet area
Wasn’t that clean inside the rooms and a lot of mosquitoes around the property, trash spot was full in front of the house, and the downstairs game room wasn’t clean enough.
