حجم الغرفة صغير لا يسع الا للسرير فقط 2*2.5 ضيق جدا لا توجد مساحة للحركة مرفقات الفرفة عير مناسبة الفرفة خارج الفيلا كانها غرفة الخدم

Хороший номер с кухней, но есть животные

Чистота номера, санузла, есть парковка рядом, огромные пространства для проживания

Собаки заходят в холл, лают и прыгают на людей. Кошки запрыгивают на стол без конца. Надо постоянно следить, чтобы двери с улицы были закрыты, а то животные сразу забегают в холл.

It's real guys. I know a lot of people think this accommodation might be a scam. But I have to tell you, it's 10

The owner of the house is very friendly and handsome. Even though we checked in very late and didn't give him any notice, he's still kind. The room is very spacious and magnificent. A free-of-use washing machine is definitely a plus.

To be frank, none, but it would be perfect if there was a swimming pool. But everything is perfect.

Очень приветливый хозяин встретили сразу с такси. Расстояние близко к аэропорту. У нас была пересадка, поэтому этот вариант был очень удобен. Мы были очень уставшие и нас сразу проводили в комнату. Огромные потолки, большой номер, огромный санузел. Все было чисто. Есть доставка еды в отель. Если нужна какая-то помощь — смело спрашивайте у хозяина — он поможет и сделает ваше пребывание комфортным и незабываемым.

It was an isolated location. No sign on building, address given was not correct, creepy room in a vacant house surrounded by vacant buildings. Nothing near by. This property was lusted as a HOTEL by Booking.com. Completely misrepresented and refused to give refund. I canceled immediately upon seeing the property and was charged $76 to NOT stay there! There were NO OTHER GUESTS. I did not feel safe!!! Refund my money

Perfect

All was perfect, very big and clean with all amenities included. You can order food with deliveroo or others. Perfect if you are going to make a large stopover in Abu Dhabi, near airport (around 10-15). You can use uber for arrive, it is around 15 € per trip.

decent host welcomed us at 2 am I would have expected a room in a villa like this to be available only at AirB&B not

the host was friendly as we arrived at 2am and he was welcoming

not suitable for Girls traveling alone as the host is male its felt weird although they were very decent i would have expected a room in a villa like this to be available only at AirB&B not booked was a first time experiencing something like this but it was a short trip as we just needed a place to spend the night we stayed there for 10 hours the bad thing clearly the room needed some maintenance as the curtain wouldn’t close to the end and it got out of the Rail while attempting to fully close it . the water hose in the toilet bursted while at normal use and the owner had the Audacity to ask us to pay for a damage that was done in the room the curtain that got out of the rail and the hose although it was not damage these things need maintenance from time to time ofcourse I didn’t pay and decline for payment with booking there was no TV in the room which is clearly needed

we booked on booking, when arrived told them we will staty only 5 hours before going airport, when left the property notified booking that we didn't arrived 😀 It is outside driver or service room , not a guest room Aggressive free dog in the garden barks a lot on me, and it seems it will attack me

The rooms are all big and comfortable. The entire facilities are luxurious and amazingly beautiful.

Oh, not so major just the scent of the cigarrete as I have asthma. But over all the facilities, the rooms and the entire villa is amazingly beautiful.

I think it's better that breakfast is ready at least it's not award to take those utensils etc. Though it's offered to me. Talking about the room I really appreciated its clean and so comfortable.

The only thing that disturbs my nights of sleep was the smell of the cooking time from the kitchen late at night. My sinusitis disturbs me a lot.
