Hôtel choisi pour l'emplacement, chambre calme malgré la proximité du boulevard.
Petit bémol pour le lit matelas très confortable mais en 140.

The hotel is in a great location in Nice. 30mins by tram direct from the airport and then a 3min walk, 5min walk to a supermarket, 10min walk to the Nice Ville SNCF Station, and a 5min walk to the beaches. The room was large with a balcony, separate bathroom and entrance hallway. Continental breakfast was good and well stocked.
Wi-fi in the room was a little weak and unreliable, but I switched to my phone's data and got a good signal.

Couloirs et escaliers envahis par des matelas et lits entreposés qui s'accumulent de jour en jour, équipements anciens et vétustes, eau chaude à revoir, propreté à revoir dans les communs et chambre, forte odeur, la carte d'accès se désactive toute seule alors que nous étions là plusieurs nuits, TV minimaliste et manque de prises et aucune prises aux endroits stratégique pour recharger les téléphones et autres, nous avons été obligé de débrancher la TV...

Czysto, schludnie, dobre śniadania, miła obsługa. Hotel zlokalizowany bardzo blisko przystanku tramwajowego liki 2, co ułatwia dojazd z i na lotnisko.

The staff was very nice, especially the lady at the breakfast. She was amazing. People were very helpful. We had a new room after confronting the staff with some issues we had in ours.
We had some problems in our room, things that didn’t work. The reception is renovated but the rest of the hotel isn’t. Bathrooms have seen better days, storage of extra beds in the hallway wasn’t very clean.

Très bien placé en centre ville. Pas de parking mais parfois des places libres dans la rue gratuites pour la nuit et le weekend.
Les chambres donnant sur la rue sont un peu bruyantes à cause du passage des voitures mais celles donnant sur l'arrière sont calmes.
Petit déjeuner varié et bon.
Le bruit dans la rue qui est assez passante

I don't remember requesting a quiet room and that is not so important for me. The location war great, close to the beach and train station. The little restaurant was very nice for coffee. The next time I would love to have lunch there.
The entry way was very small so that one has to close the bathroom door to turn on the bathroom light or open/close the door to the room.

Location was perfect for us, close to metro and sights, and the walk to the casino and beach is only a couple minutes. The hotel was clean and the aircon was great, and staff were hospitable. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay

very friendly staff, perfect location to the old town and close to the beach. 11 minute walk to the train station - Antibes, Cannes, Monaco, Menton etc (€6.50 fare). On the first day, we booked breakfast, very tasty and worth the money! Our room had a balcony which was the perfect touch!
