About this apartment rental
Perched in the hills near San Antonio, this finca makes no apologies for the incredible views on offer here. You’ll clearly be able to see the advantage of its elevation when you’re sitting out on the roof terrace, admiring the sea views on the horizon with a glass of wine in hand. But between the water and this home, you’ll also find the greenscape of rolling hills and half a hectare of garden vying for your attention. Make your way down to walk among pine trees or enjoy it all from within the crystal clear waters of the private pool. Our personal recommendation is a lazy morning spent reading on the daybed where you can take a quick dip whenever the Mediterranean sun becomes a little too intense.
From outside – where you’ll undoubtedly spend most of your time – this farmhouse might not look like it but it’s actually over 500 years old. Even though it’s undergone some modernisation since, the renovations remained sympathetic to the bones of this home and you can see the rich history in beautifully exposed beams and rough stone built walls. Rustic yes, but also quite quirky in bold shades of purple and with Balinese fittings and abstract art.
This unique home not only has ample room for everyone to do their own thing, it offers space to come together and create memories. Visit the vegetable garden and make farm-to-table meals in the generous kitchen. If you’re not quite in the mood to cook at home, you can venture out to the sunset strip cafes about a ten-minute drive away.
What would a Ibiza holiday be without a trip to the beach? Cala Salada is about five minutes away.
