The staff at both the front desk and the restaurant were extremely helpful and courteous. The rooms were a good size and very clean. Good location for visiting Omagh and area.
4.2
Comfortable and company.
The fact the restaurant wasn't able to mix wedges or chips !!
It wasn't a major ask .

Nice and polite staff welcomed us with smiles on their faces.
Very clean room. Towels changed every day. Mattress was comfortable. Pillows soft.
In the bathroom was soap, shampoo, conditioner, bath gel. Also hairdryer in the drawer.
I was glad that there was an iron and ironing board.
Also it was kettle with tea, coffee, hot chocolate.
I liked breakfast in the hotel. Hot food: fried eggs, sausages, bacon, mushrooms, beans, tomato, naan bread, toast white and brown. Cold food: different cereals, milk, Greek yogurt, sweet yogurt, sliced watermelon, melon, apples, pancakes, cold cuts and variety of pastries.
There is nice park and children’s playground just 2 minutes walk. There are some good restaurants not far away from the hotel.
What I didn’t like:
I couldn’t sleep well because of:
1. Windows of our room overlooked the road and it was noisy even at night time.
2. Wedding guests walked along the hallway talked loudly and laughed. They opened and closed creaked doors. It was too noisy for my sensitive sleep. I understand it’s not the fault of the hotel, it’s just rude guests who don’t respect other people
So if you decide to come on weekend you know that it can be noisy in the hotel.
Also I got poisoned by prawns that I ate in the restaurant in the hotel. I felt really bad and my husband asked at the reception if they have any painkillers. They said to go to SPAR to buy some.

Friendly staff, great food and drinks, your establishment is very clean.
I booked the room for 3 adults, myself and my adult sons. We had a double and a single bed. My adult sons were not happy about sleeping in the same bed. We also noticed we had a sofa bed however we were told we were not to use it as it was for under 12s?

Receptionist more than helpful with facilitating storage for our bikes.
Food available in hotel.

From the very moment you walked in you were treated with a very warm welcome, the hotel was beautiful and the cleanliness outstanding. My room was very spacious and clean, they had two bars and a good sized restaurant with a fair menu, the food was outstanding and the service the same Great selection for breakfast. Overall I couldn't have asked for better and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying in the area.
There wasn't anything to dislike I'm sorry, I stand by my comments above and would definitely stay there again.

Lovely Hotel, bed was really comfortable. Restaurant food was great.
Breakfast didn't start until 7.30am so when you need to beat work at 8am it's very tight

Room was good, staff very friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the cooking was not great. I had fish and chips for dinner. The batter was a bit over done. Breakfast was below average. In particular the bacon was like leather and the soda bread was over cooked. It was the food that let the place down. I would stay there again but. Would eat elsewhere.
The food

staff were so nice and genuinely could not help us enough. The welcome on the way in and even when we left was amazing. The staff were brilliant. Especial mention to Ray night porter - what a lovely guy !!!!
We booked a family room 3 adults, rang the hotel before to ensure there were 3 beds in the room and when we arrived only 2 set up. When we pulled out the sofa bed to do it up ourselves there was blood on it .... and it was extremely dirty. However, the staff tried their best ... ray the night porter to get sheets and duvets ....

All good. Restaurant exceptional. Pleasant and amenable servers, one with excellent knowledge of coeliac issues.
Gluten free breakfast was a case of taking gluten products off the plate and not finding replacements to bolster up the plate.
