This house has a lot of space! The 5 bedrooms were all a good size; four had queen beds & the other a king. Our nephews were thrilled they could have their own rooms. We ate at local restaurants so I can’t give proper detail of the kitchen other than the microwave & fridge were perfect for our leftovers. :) Washer & dryer worked well; WalMart is just around the corner to get detergent (and anything you forgot or need). We were here for games at Globe Life Field. It’s a bit of a trek if you’re not used to walking. For events at AT&T Stadium, that is closer so a more manageable walk. We will definitely see if this place is available the next time we are in this area.

The property had a few flaws but I would recommend I really enjoyed the back yard. Out of 10 I give it a 9 ❤️❤️

This rental property was just right for our two families. We were able to cook and have fun. The location was perfect for our oldest daughter’s AAU tournament at the AT&T stadium. I would definitely recommend for football season or anything near the stadium. The host was very responsive with our questions.

Son and daughter participating in bowling tournaments in Arlington and Ft Worth. This location was very convenient and bery close to Texas Live. Originally booked to 11 but 4 backed out and there was plenty of room. Very cozy. Will definitely keep this location in mind for future events..

I stayed here with a group of teen girls for a conference over the weekend and I was sadly disappointed in the usability of the home. We filled every spot in the house and there was definitely enough sleeping room. Where we had issues: There were exactly 12 towels - no extras, no hand towels, no nose tissue, very thin toilet paper, we couldn’t find extra paper towels and the kitchen didn’t have 12 sets of silverware so we had to go buy plastic to use as well as paper towels, plates, and cups, the coffee maker didn’t work, and no exhaust fans in the bathroom which left us with a really humid home after 12 girls showered! I think if you’re staying here one night to go to a game nearby, it’s probably fine, but it just wasn’t practical for a large group over a weekend when we actually needed a functional space. The home feels like a very quick fixer upper and in a neighborhood that didn’t feel especially safe for teenagers. For the price, I’ve stayed in much nicer rentals in the DFW area.

Arrived Friday evening for family Christmas. Six adults and four kids. Quiet neighborhood even though it’s so close to att stadium and six flags! Wine fridge was a bonus as well as video game! Soft sheets, washer/dryer, dishes etc. Only negative thing I have is it needs wash rags and maybe a couple of hand towels for bathrooms. The house was clean and room for all of us! It was a nice stay! Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

House size was very accommodating for our group of 10 and a short walk to stadium, restaurants & bars. Host was very responsive to our emails. We found cooking supplies a little lacking (we prefer cooking on our own to going out), like no toaster & skillets for breakfast. We improvised & all was good. Would definitely recommend if in the Arlington area.

Overall great experience and good communication from owner. Property was clean and within walking distance to the stadium. House was a little shy on some supplies, but nothing detrimental to our stay. Will book again.
