Newly remodeled Mid Century 3 bed 2 bath ranch house in the middle of all Kansas City has to offer. Located in Prairie Village, one of the nicest and safest parts of Kansas City which is a quick drive to Country Club Plaza, Power and Light, KU Med, Union Station, Down Town, stadiums, etc. This house is also walkable to parks, groceries, coffee, restraunts, etc. Fenced back yard with patio, private off street parking, and game room all help to make your comfortable and relaxing.

We rent VRBOs frequently in various states, but this has been my favorite by far. The location cannot be beat, and I'm saying this after living in KC for 35 years. The interior is spotless, with extremely comfortable & attractive furniture. New kitchen, state-of-the-art baths, a variety of mattresses (pillow-top was my favorite), and very laid-back owners. We stayed for almost 2 weeks and really felt at home there. Hope it never changes so we can use it every year.

Girls trip to Kansas City. Property is centrally located. Close to everywhere we went. Owner is a great communicator. Property was clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. We will definitely book again when we come back to KC and we loved this property.

We were on a short family vacation to Legoland, 4 adults and 3 children. The house was a great fit for us (they even provided a pack-n-play), nice friendly neighborhood and it was VERY clean. Would definitely stay here again.

This was the perfect place for us to stay when we came to KC to visit our grandchildren, The walkability to the grocery store, Starbucks and other retail spots is excellent The home is clean and very comfortable, just as described. Cindy was great to work with. We will definitely stay again!

Cindy and Neal were the perfect hosts! There was a problem with the ice maker on a day with 100+ degree temperatures. Neal immediately responded when I let him know and monitored the situation throughout the day, even offering to bring a bag of ice if it was needed. The house was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again!

House was exactly as described and worked great for our family. Only thing was there was not a lot of items for cooking such as tin foil or condiments. Great coffe bar though and loved having a pack n play there! Overall great stay and enjoyed our stay.

A group of six adults (3 couples) spent the weekend together to visit Kansas City. The location of the home is perfect for visiting Country Club Plaza and Crown Center area. The home is a block away from Hy-Vee (grocery store). We were able to enjoy the outdoor patio and even had a small fire in the fire pit that was provided. The boys (men) enjoyed the ping pong table, and we found some cards in the hall closet to enjoy some card games. The house was clean, beds comfy, no complaints.

The Prairie Village Ranch was very nice and made for a comfortable stay. Very well decorated with just the right amount of space and only a block from the Hyvee for groceries. The Welcome book was very helpful for essential info, (including places to take cover in case of tornado since no basement), appliance manuals were in a handy drawer if needing to know how to operate anything in the home. Comfortable beds, great check-in/out with the electronic door lock. Loved that a high chair was available for when our grandson visited. It worked well and was easy to assemble and safe for the 1 year old to use. Good kitchen and great coffee bar set-up. Would suggest a coffee grinder and French press for future purchases, but switched to filtered coffee easily during our stay. There was also a coffee pod appliance for those looking for that. The bathrooms were both updated nicely, including 1 with a walk-in shower. Cute neighborhood nearly on the Kansas/Missouri State Line. Ping pong table in the garage. Back yard was mud and a downed tree near the fence line, so if you are looking for a yard for kids to play in head for the park. Lovely home and great visit with family. Would stay there again.
