The Neighborhood:
From the historical city of St. Augustine, to Flagler Beach, and everything in-between: Palm Coast has it all. Located in an undeveloped part of Florida's Atlantic Coast, you'll never want to leave.
St. Augustine
St. Augustine’s rich heritage makes the city and its surroundings a unique getaway for visitors. Founded in September 1565 by Don Pedro Menendez de Aviles of Spain, St. Augustine is the longest continually inhabited European-founded city in the United States – more commonly called the "Nation’s Oldest City." Visit St. Augustine and dive into more than four centuries of history that owes much to the Spanish and English, to Greeks and Native Americans and African Americans. Stroll the narrow lanes, enter the many museums, visit landmarks such as Castillo de San Marcos, Ponce de Leon's "Fountain of Youth," and the Oldest Wooden Schoolhouse. St. Augustine – a place for history buffs and everyone else.
Flagler Beach
Located along Florida’s Atlantic Coast between Daytona Beach and St. Augustine, cozy Flagler Beach offers miles of sparkling beaches, bountiful fishing, beachside shops, waterfront restaurants, and natural parks and other wonders. It’s a retro town with salty style. Friendly residents and open-air restaurants set the stage for a laid-back afternoon. Enjoy eclectic shops, surfing, a classic fishing pier and a six-mile-plus stretch of spectacular ocean views – with free access to the beach. Gaze at the ocean from rooftop cafes while listening to the music of local musicians. The natural island environment is still a secret to many, but once you put your feet in the sand of Flagler Beach, you’ll feel like a native.
The Intracoastal Waterway
The Intracoastal Waterway is a 3,000-mile long waterway along the Atlantic and Gulf coasts of the United States. It consists of natural inlets, lagoons, bays, sounds and artificial canals. It provides a navigable route along its length for barges, ships, and recreational vessels, helping them avoid many of the hazards of travel on the open sea. Construction began in 1826, and developments and changes have been made as recently as the late 20th century.
You can walk to the Intracoastal from our condominium: It provides great opportunities for fishing, boating and even manatee watching.
Golf galore...

This was a family trip with myself, my husband, our two children (ages 22 and 16) and our daughter’s boyfriend (age 23). We were all impressed by the cleanliness, the space to spread out, and the View!! Nothing like cooking with the ocean shimmering in front of you. I didn’t even mind cooking on vacation! Access was right outside and the pools were inviting as well. My husband and son loved shooting pool while running a tab at the grill. The staff there were super friendly and helpful. Waking up and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean was incredibly relaxing. My daughter loved the soaking tub the most. Overall, best place we’ve stayed in this area, we’ve been to Ormond, and Holly Hill. Love the less crowded beach at Ormond but can’t touch this condo for comfort. The beach was not overly crowded either. All the amenities you need, including beach towels! We left a few things in the pantry for the next guests as there were things there for us as well. If you come, have a bite at the Beach Front Bar and Grill in Flagler, the Rueben will blow you away. My daughter and her beau loved the Golden Lion for the vibe and the view. Bottom line- you won’t regret this booking. We will return trip this place!! Thank you!!

The condo was fantastic. We loved the family feel of the entire community. My 6 year old and 2 year old absolutely loved the balcony. The pool is right there! The view of the ocean is perfect. Very relaxing and out of the touristy area. We also enjoyed that tourist places were a short drive!

My older sister and I rented this condo in Palm Coast because of the location. We picked our mom (85 years old) and brought her to stay with us. When we walked through the front door, you immediately see the view of the ocean. The smile on our mom's face told us we rented the right place. Everything about the condo was impeccable when we walked in. Their were absolutely no issues at all. Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Did I mention how clean it was? There was not a dust speck anywhere. Toilets and bathtubs were very clean. Dishes, pot, pans and silverware were all spotless.
John and Elizabeth reached out to us several times just to make sure everything was still okay. It was so nice to know they care enough to check in with their customers during the stay.
My sister and I have already decided we will be back.
Thank you John and Elizabeth for the wonderful accommodations.

The property owner was extremely helpful and made thi gs simple for us when we decided to add an additionalday to our trip, he also responded quickly to all emails and questions. Condo came stocked with beach towels, bath towels, toilet paper, kitchen spices and utensils and everything you could need in a kitchen. We have stayed at several condos in this location and this was hands down the best experience yet. My daughter turns 15 in June 2022 and is already asking if she can spend her birthday back at this condo! We would stay here again without hesitation!
