The bedrooms consist of a king-size, a double and a bunk room with 2 standard single beds, serviced by a bathroom. Outside there is off-road parking for 1 car with EV charger and front patio with furniture. Within 0.1 miles there is a shop and pub and 0.2 miles a beach. One well-behaved dog welcome, but sorry, no smoking. Wifi, Fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Devon at Beach Road House. Note: There are approximately 6 steps down to the front patio and 1 further step to the front door, please take care as the handrail in rope. Please note the patio is not enclosed. Note: The bunks are 3ft width suitable for children and teenagers, rather than adults.

Within easy reach are the hidden gems of Combe Martin Wildlife & Dinosaur Park, Barle Valley, and Heddon's Mouth, not to mention the numerous magnificent walking and cycling routes that wind through the Dunkery & Horner Wood National Nature Reserve.
