The living areas in the property consist of a second-floor open-plan living area with a kitchen with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, dining seating for eight, and a sitting area with TV. The bedrooms consist of a king-size with en-suite shower room, a ground-floor king-size with dressing area, cupboard housing a washing machine and en-suite bathroom, a ground-floor 2’6 twin with zip/link, a 2’6 twin with zip/link, all of which have a TV, along with a shower room. Outside, an annual pass is provided for Mayors Avenue car park (unreserved) - please be aware that the town car park is closed during Regatta week/s, but the permit is valid for the park and ride on the town’s outskirt. Pets are not permitted. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, a pub 0.1 miles and a beach 1.7 miles. For your next escape to Devon, secure your stay at Seaview.

Both the boat ride across to Kingswear and on to the lovely tiny harbour town of Brixham, and the ride on the Dartmouth Steam Railway through beautiful countryside to Paignton, are not to be missed. Blackpool Sands, winner of the Blue Flag Award, and Slapton Sands, an immensely popular beach located within a stone's throw from Dartmouth, are just two of the many options available to beachgoers in the South Hams area.
