This is a family-oriented home located on a quiet street. Under no circumstance do we rent to Prom groups, Senior week groups, or any other type of non-family group consisting of guests under age 25. This includes parents or adults renting on behalf of people under 25. If you are under age 25 and your family has asked you to reserve the home; DO NOT reserve this home. Please have a family member who is over the age of 25 make the reservation. Any reservation made by someone under age 25 will lose their deposit. No exceptions.

- 2 matching In-Law suites on second floor. Both have Living room, kitchen, full bathroom and 2 bedrooms.

-Home will be at a comfortable temperature upon arrival (Heat-winter/AC-Summer)
