>Driveway with 1 parking spot on premises plus nearby street/paid parking
>Steps to the beach (about 6 minutes, ocean views steps from the condo)
>Washer and dryer in garage
>Pool table, seating area, and Smart TV in garage (shared with unit upstairs)
Guests will have access to condo 1 and 1 parking spot on the premises
Street parking available or across the street they offer $5/day parking
We want your vacation rental experience to be memorable and convenient. Keeping a comfortable and clean property is what is most important to us. We will be available anytime via messenger to answer any questions or concerns.
We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself!
Beach town - local shops, restaurants, bars, beach, beach path
0.2 miles or 6 minute walk to sand (quick walk with beautiful views) and across the street from popular entertainment and restaurants
Car, bike, walk, Uber - lots of options!
Guests may be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a photo copy of ID, and provide a $500 refundable damage deposit upon inspection at checkout
HOUSE RULES
>No events
>No parties
>No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation
>No smoking inside
>Quiet time is from 10pm-7am … please be considerate of the neighbors
CAMERAS
>Ring exterior cameras on property (stairwell, driveway)
CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES
Note: When making a reservation through out website or when using credit card payment there is a 4% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). If AT ANY TIME there is a cancellation, the 4% charge is not refunded.
DAMAGE PROTECTION
The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim.
Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage.
