About this house rental
Professionally managed onsite by Seabrook Hospitality. By booking with Seabrook Hospitality, you have access to all resort amenities, including the pool and gym.
Have you been searching for the perfect family getaway (four legged loved ones included)? You may have just found it at Koa Surf'n Board. A cottage in Seabrook's Madison Lane neighborhood, Koa Surf`n Board feels very secluded while being only a short stroll away from the retail area, the indoor pool, and Crescent Park.
As a family with toddlers, we furnished the house with great consideration to what makes our vacations memorable. Starting on the bottom floor, you`re welcomed by an open floorplan. The kitchen is stocked with a lot of dinnerware, bakeware, and cookware for use with the gas stove. There are also plastic dishes for the children and bowls for the pets. The sofa unfolds into a queen bed mattress. Above the gas fireplace, there is a 40" HD cable television that is also hooked up to a Blu-ray/DVD player. There is also a Fire TV Stick for Amazon streaming. The high-speed wireless Internet access allows you to connect securely online anywhere in the house.
Going upstairs to wind down, the primary bedroom has an incredibly comfortable king bed and Smart TV. As a bonus, there is a walk-out balcony that overlooks the town center and, in the distance, the forest and glimpses of the ocean. The second bedroom holds a queen bed and another Smart TV. Board games, toys, and books are stored in the closet to keep the entire family entertained. We have included a Nuna Pack and Play for those staying with infants or toddlers.
During your stay at Koa Surf'n Board, we hope you can enjoy relaxing with your feet up on the Adirondack chairs or spend some time in the porch rocking chairs with a beverage and a great book. Or, you could hang out in the outdoor space, and roast s’mores at the fire pit.
We hope you enjoy your vacation and look forward to your return visit!

The house was lovely and comfortable. Great amenities and supplies. It did not have an ocean view as advertised.

Lovely house, great location, we walked anywhere we needed to go. One of our favorite beach destinations. This was a perfect spot for our family including our dog! Thank you! We will be back!

We loved being close to town, the beach and the pool. My 2 1/2 and 4 year old had no problem walking. The kids bedroom was across the hall from ours which was a another plus. It wasn't a high end place but it made the stay less stressful with kids. A nicer patio area would be my only complaint but we were rarely home.

The accommodations were very clean but not as comfortable as I had expected. The master bedroom bed is not very comfortable (maybe time for a new mattress?) and the house is not toddler friendly at all. They only provide one non-functioning baby gate and there was no sleeping arrangements that would work for a toddler. Luckily we brought our pack and play. When they say in the description that they have kids, I assumed that meant that it was friendly for all kids. The stairs are steep and the fireplace has no gate in front of it so we couldn’t use it. Also the lower deck does not have a barrier between it and the stairs, so again, it was not safe to let our toddler roam around at all. Therefore we had to chase him everywhere and stand next to him every moment so the vacation was not very relaxing. In that regard, it would have been more comfortable to just stay home. Also, there was a ton of loud construction going on so it was not very peaceful either. That being said, it is a decent place to stay, just not stellar like we had hoped we were getting considering the price we paid.

Great place for a short vacation. Beach is in walking distance, few restaurants and stores are near by. House is very clean and we had everything we needed during our stay.
