About this house rental
Professionally managed onsite by Seabrook Hospitality. By booking with Seabrook Hospitality, you have access to all resort amenities, including the pool and gym.
Close to everything, but peacefully quiet. Located in the North Mill District, Wave Chaser’s Refuge is a short walk to downtown Seabrook for shopping, food, and the indoor pool. It’s also a block from the Gnome Trail to the beach, and adjacent to the trail connecting to the Farm District where, opening soon, the mountain bike trails, outdoor saltwater pool, and a farm-to-table restaurant are located. Take the trail the other way and shortly arrive at the children’s playground, basketball courts and dog park. We’re located across the street from Lily Walk Park where you can enjoy one of Seabrook’s fire pits stocked with wood ready to use.
When it’s time to relax, enjoy the enclosed sunroom or the deck on the back of the house next to the peaceful wooded conservation area. The versatile sunroom offers a sectional sleeper for flexible sleeping arrangement. Those that want to sleep near nature or spread out a little are welcome to use this option. The kids can play games or watch movies there while the adults gather in the living room. Barbeque on the deck and see which birds come visit the snag across the trail. Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a mattress brand and pillows used by Hilton Hotels for exceptional sleep comfort. The other bedroom has full size bunks and can sleep four. The beds are not only comfortable, but USB connections within easy reach for electronics charging on the nightstands.
You will love the family-friendly vibe of Seabrook – kids on their bikes, and dogs (on a leash) going to the beach. Bring the dog; Wave Chasers Refuge is dog friendly with a small fenced yard. For those trips to the beach, there is a lightweight all-terrain cart to haul beach toys and chairs on your excursion. When you’re back, hose off with the warm water dog, kid, feet rinse station close to the deck.
Wave Chasers’ Refuge is your refuge, whether you’re a couple looking for a quiet weekend chasing waves, three couples sharing time together, or three generations making memories.
