Not quite sure whether this property wants to be a plus plus motel or a minus minus hotel. Its two storeys are very spread out around a large parking lot along the main road into town. The rooms are furnished quite sparsely in what might be called Danish Moab. Lots of unpainted slats. And no chairs. Instead there is a long slatted banquette along one wall BENEATH the TV so you can’t actually watch TV from anywhere other than when you are sitting or lying on the bed. Not terrific to do with your day clothes on. The room also lacks a telephone and the only way to reach the desk seems to be an 866 number in some other location that only takes reservations. That is, it seems virtually impossible to reach reception from the room either in an emergency or simply to ask a question. On the slightly positive side, there is an overpriced but decent cafe available for breakfast. That said, the cafe people are also covering the front desk and are also busy selling mountain hiking gear. So you have to wait a lot.
Clean yes, but as odd a property as I have ever stayed in. I wouldn’t stay here again especially given the price.

Nice, clean and modern place
Laundry should be looked after, both washing machines and dryers were untidy
4.3
This was a great property with an interesting outdoorsy vibe! There were note pads in the rooms to record what trails you had hiked.
My only complaint is that there was not an electrical outlet near the sink/mirror. It was further down the wall and it might be a stretch for someone’s hairdryer cord.

חדרים נוחים ומקום חדש ויפה
לא מנקים את החדרים
היינו 3 לילות לא ניקו לא פינו זבל לא שאבו את החדר זה
4.3
A funky property with good facilities.
All was good.
4.3
Good location close lot many restaurants. Clean rooms with very comfortable bed
4.3
New updated and spacious
The cleaning staff way over does the chemical cleaning products. Extremely toxic and hard to breathe. They kept cleaning the hallways and the smell was off the charts to
Strong. We had to change rooms because they had cleaned 4 hours earlier and the smell was so toxic. For a eco type hotel
Chain the use of toxic cleaning supplies is shocking

Great location.
Overcharged my credit card. Be careful with this hotel’s room rates. This hotel doesn’t honestly report their room rates prior to you checking in. After you check out they hit you with a surprisingly high bill.
4.3
4.3
Large well designed room. Easy parking.
A coffee machine in room would be nice
4.3
Breakfast was OK. Not a lot of choice.
The property has a lot of facilities, laundry, ice, machine, etc. the staff did not share this with us when we arrived we discovered it on our own. Might be nice for the staff to share this in the beginning.

The rooms were clean and the perfect place to relax after an outdoor adventure. All the details were well thought out. There is an outdoorsy shop inside the hotel, great coffee, breakfast, a fire pit, pool, indoor and outdoor tables to sit and unwind. We were very impressed and would definitely come back!

Loved the outdoorsy decor. Room was very clean. Loved that they provided hair products (shampoo/conditioner)in the shower.
The bed was very uncomfortable. Very loud noise coming from either road noise or A/C on and off all night. The room had a blow dryer but no electrical outlet within reach of the mirror. Nothing extra in the room including toilet paper.
4.3
Cool vibe, lots to do, easy location to parks
No coffee in the room
4.3
Rooms big, nice decor, clean, attractive shared spaces, free laundry. Nice cafe/coffee. Lots to like, was a lot bigger than I thought approx 180 rooms but not a big line for coffee in the a.m.
Room was warm, unable to open windows (screwed shut why?) Really noisy aircon only alternative.
Microwave far away, down corridor - not in room. No problem with neighbors noise, but not sure If we had anybody next door but could fully hear people talking in the long corridors outside the room. No lift for luggage, being told that was part of the fun as our hike starts here, after you've hiked for a whole day.. hmm if it's all about being out-doorsy then let me open a window!
Charged a $150 damage holding charge at check in - not mentioned when booking.
Exit D was not locked or lockable so security risk all night, trash in car park overflowing.
Shame about these things as it could be great

Un letto con un materasso comodissimo, ci siamo alzati riposati ! La camera è immensa e la doccia... spettacolare. Finalmente una tv gigante in camera.
Ottimo wifi!

Property is very unique and very clean. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful! Great location, close to main street, and national parks. Alot to do in the area! Will definitely stay here again if we visit again.

The staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The facilities were brilliant and the room was a lovely size and spotless. I can't wait to come back!
4.3
Nice pool area and games room.
Location is a bit further away from the center of Moab.
4.3
Cool shop inside. Nice game room/community room. Had a pool and hot tub. Looks well maintained and was clean. Not very crowded compared to other places (plenty of parking lol). Not your typical hotel in a good way.
No elevator or complimentary breakfast. Was a little pricey (main drawback but it was in Moab). Not your typical US hotel in an eh kind of a way.

Super cool place, extremely friendly staff

Stylish design , practical layout of the room

I loved the aesthetic and the vibe. It felt like it was made for people who are outdoorsy, and who care about conservation, and maybe would camp it it weren’t so darn hot in the summer.
I can’t think of anything.

Everything was perfect !

The staff were super nice and everything was super clean
The one thing I noticed is that there was not much to snack on at this hotel especially arriving at 2 am

Loved our stay here! Super great place to stay!
4.3
Decor. Cleanliness
Forced to use AC because windows don’t open.
Very drying ! No coffee maker in room.
4.3
Spacious room, great bathroom! Very clean! Really great lobby with a snack bar and live music in the evening.
Could have used 1 more chair, the bench is cute but not comfortable to sit on long
4.3
stunning modern decoration and setting. Everything in the common space around the reception is beautifully designed. It is great to sit, play the games they provide (scrabble and so many more), read, and converse. Also, the outdoor seating area is lovely and really calming. The modest fire pit outside, where anyone can sit, read, and relax. Everything is still brand new, clean, and neat. The room was huge and designed in a fresh design style. The bed is quite comfortable, and there are charging plugs all over the place.
The pool was not opened yet.
The location also of the hotel is very convenient a 10 minutes drive to Moab park and around 5 minutes to the Downtown where most of the restuarant and places are.
The reception personnel is also friendly and helpful. First, we were assigned a room that faced the parking lot and the hotel's entrance, which was inconvenient for us. When we requested a change, they transferred us to a room on the hotel's back side with a nice view and very relaxing.
We would strongly advise improving the food options; we knew that they will not have a restaurant but rather a little shop where they sell the things. However, we propose that they go over the list again and add some items.
Also as the hotel opened 2 weeks before our stay so we wonder whether they will install closet in the room or not.
