The villa is located in the heart of the Garraf-Penedés , a region famous for its splendid vineyards and picturesque beaches - all just a 10-minute drive away. In addition, the city of Barcelona and historic Tarragona are 40 minutes away, creating an endless list of possibilities for daily excursions.

The property has more than 900 m2, divided into several garden areas to enjoy the sun all day long, a large private pool , barbecue area, a large terrace with stunning views of the Garraf mountains and a sports area equipped with everything you need to entertain you and your friends or family.

Villa Can Xum has three bedrooms decorated with ethnic inspirations , a suite with a private bathroom and an Arabic-style chill-out annex. In addition, there is a living room with a smart TV, fireplace and air conditioning, and a fully equipped kitchen.

At the top of the house, you will find a terrace with a washing machine and dryer, and impressive mountain views.

Entry and exit instructions:

Upon your arrival:

- Tourist taxes required by Sitges Town Hall must be paid (1 euro per person per night | maximum 7 nights | children under 16 years old do not pay).
- Check-in time is from 4 pm to 9 pm
- For check-ins after 9:00 p.m., there is a small supplement of €30.
- For check-ins after midnight, there is a supplement of €50.

Upon your departure:

- Check out time is 11am
- Remember to turn off the AC before you leave.
- Upon departure, the keys must be left on a table or in a visible place, never in the lock.
