The Space:
The Bradley Park Beach House is a single family home on a large 50 x 150 lot located in the Bradley Park section of Neptune Township. The first level features a large open concept kitchen, living and dining area, a full bathroom with standing shower, and stacking washer and dryer in a laundry closet off the kitchen. The second level features three bedrooms and an additional full bathroom with tub shower combo. Bedroom 1 features a single queen size bed, bedroom 2 features a single king size bed, and bedroom 3 features two queen size beds. All beds have brand new memory foam mattresses and are made up with fresh linens and duvets prior to your arrival.
Back on the first level, large sliding doors lead from the kitchen out onto the huge two level deck featuring a large outdoor dining table and stainless steel grill. The entire property has been professionally landscaped with all new sod and plantings. The rear yard offers lots of open grass area for catching some sun or tossing a football, while the side yard features a huge gravel court for playing lawn games after the beach! Bocce, cornhole, and Kanjam sets are provided for your use.
There is a good chance your plans here include a trip or two to the beach, and our home is stocked with eight backpack beach chairs and beach towels to take along with you. New for 2025, we will now also provide 8 season passes to Bradley Beach beaches!
Our goal is to make your stay here as enjoyable and seamless as possible, and we have worked hard to stock our home with everything you need for a perfect vacation! All beds are made up with fresh linens for each guest, bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths are provided as well. The bathroom is stocked with toilet paper and hotel size conditioning shampoo, bar soaps, and hand soaps. We like to cook, and we have strived to stock the kitchen with all the essentials for home cooked meals with family and friends. Dinnerware, utensils, and glass ware are provided for up to eight guests. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, serving platters, baking sheets, measuring cups, toaster, blender, coffee machine, you name it, we probably have it! Disposable items we stock include ground coffee, sugar, tea, assorted spices, salt and pepper, olive oil, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, napkins, and tissues.
We have made every effort to make your stay here as enjoyable as possible, and we are confident you will love our new home as much as we do!
Guest Access:
Guests have exclusive access to the entirety of the home, yard, and property. The only area not accessible to guests is the unfinished basement, which is utilized by the landlord for storage. When you are here this is your home, and yours alone. The only visitors you should expect are our landscapers who come by weekly to keep things green and tidy!
Guest access to the house is by smart lock through the front door. Every guest will be provided a unique access code which is only valid during their stay. This is one of the many ways we ensure our guests feel safe and secure in their new home!
The Neighborhood:
Bradley Park comprises the eastern most section of Neptune Township, and is bordered by Bradley Beach to the east, Asbury Park to the north, and Neptune City to the south. The downtown business district of Bradley Beach is just a three block walk to the east and features some of my favorite local eateries and breweries. Bamboo Leaf for dinner and Buttered Biscuit for breakfast are must try spots while you're here! Grand Tavern, located on Sixth Avenue about two blocks away is also a spectacular dinner spot! The neighborhood is quiet and residential in nature, but so close to a myriad of local shopping, dining, and entertainment options, not to mention the world famous beaches of the Jersey Shore!
Getting Around:
The nearest beach access (Bradley Beach), and the downtown shopping and dining districts of Ocean Grove and Asbury Park are all just about a mile from the house. The downtown area of Bradley Beach is just three blocks east. All of the above are within a 15 to 30 minute walk, or a 5 or less minute drive. If you don't feel like doing either, Ubers and Lyfts are plentiful and generally feature very short wait times. For those arriving without a car from north Jersey and NYC, the Bradley Beach train station is just two blocks away. This train line provides access north to Newark (nearest international airport) and NYC as well as points further south such as Belmar, Point Pleasant, and Bay Head.
Other Things to Note:
There are security cameras monitoring the exterior of the property only. It should go without saying, but there are no cameras or other recording devices located on the interior of the property. The exterior cameras are not actively monitored, but are available for our review in the case of an emergency.
Interaction with Guests:
Upon arrival, you will be able to check yourself in with a four digit door code for our smart lock. I or my employees may stop by briefly during your stay to do minor landscape maintenance, check on the exterior after a storm, or to bring the trash to and from the curb on garbage/recycling days. More than likely though, you won't see me during your stay. I prefer peace and quiet while on vacation, and I strive to provide the same for all of my guests! I am always available by message or phone to address any issues or concerns that may arise.

Beautiful house. Very Clean. We had no issues the entire stay. Excellent house to fit our family with 3 teenagers. Easy walk to a number of wonderful restaurants. Great location if you plan to visit 6 Flags amusement parks. Highly recommend!

The house is gorgeous, newly renovated & clean. Ben was great and friendly. The bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The backyard was huge,we really enjoyed the deck and grill. Memories were made in the corn hole pit. Thanks so much for the wonderful accommodations for the few days before our wedding. I will be recommending this house to friends & family and I look forward to staying here again in the future.

This is a wonderfully comfortable house with two full bathrooms and three bedrooms - sleeps four very comfortably, but eight if kids share the queen beds. Clean house with modern appliances and plenty of room to just be. The kitchen table sits four, plus the eat in bar can fit another four. Only issue with this is for families with young kids, eating around a single table is almost impossible, but not the biggest deal - there's plenty of place to go in the area! About 0.5 miles to the closest beach, parking is not a problem at the beach. Beautiful backyard with large table, big chairs, room to run around for the kids. Perfectly manicured flowers and grass as well! Curtains on the back doors would be great for added privacy.
All in all, this was an excellent place to stay. Ben is wonderful and responsive (even when he's on vacation!), and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed before and throughout the stay.

Family weekend for the annual Tears Foundation walk. Beautiful home, short walk to the beach, and close to many wonderful restaurants. Comfortable, clean, and a very well equipped kitchen. Backyard for the kids to play and deck for the adults to relax. Bedrooms were comfortable and everyone slept well. Benjamin was a wonderful host! We would highly recommend and we will be back again soon!
