Live like a local in this 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo just steps to all that Seaside has to offer. Walk to all the restaurants, shopping and beautiful beaches. Rental comes with wristbands for Seaside beach access at the Coleman Pavilion. You can rent chairs there or bring your own. Located on the second floor of the building it has a large porch / balcony overlooking beautiful Ruskin Place Artist Colony, there is a screened in porch for dining and another balcony shared by 2 of the bedrooms with nice views of Seaside. The living room has a 85 inch smart TV, the dining room has seating for 6 and there is a fully equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has a queen bed & private bathroom. 2 have tubs / shower combos and one has a shower only. The condo sleeps 6. If you are looking for the perfect location in the middle of all the action of Seaside but still offers a peaceful setting & privacy this is the condo for you.

The location is prime and the unit was great. My teen girls walked day and night back and forth to the beach, shops, and eateries. The property manager (MJ) was exceptionally responsive and friendly. I would rent this unit again for sure.

If you are looking to arrive, park your car, and not have to drive again for the duration of your stay (unless you are beset by the the need to visit outlets or the chintzy touristy parts) then this is your place. The property is smack in the middle of Seaside with a 2-minute walk to the main square, a 5-minute walk to the beach, easy roof-top access, and a large balcony/porch for people watching and conversation. We were there for a week and never once got in our cars once we arrived. There are plenty of restaurants, a convenient local grocery store (or Publix about a mile away), and the kitchen is well stocked for food preparation. The property manager was very attentive and we also met the owner who was very kind and affable. The beds are comfortable and all three adults had their own space. I cannot recommend this property enough if you like Seaside.

The location is perfect. Next to Seaside square yet facing away and on backside of the noise. The layout was great with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths. We really enjoyed our stay!

This condo was perfect. Very clean and kitchen was fully stocked. The best location ever. Right in the heart of Seaside. Walk to everything. Never want to stay anwhere else. We will definitely be back!

This condo was really nice for Spring Break. Three bedrooms, each with their own bathroom, worked perfectly for us. The space is not huge, but it is comfortable and clean. Sheets and towels were fresh. Beds were better than expected. The location is ideal, lots of shops and restaurants in very close proximity. The beach access is approximately a three minute walk. The best part of this rental is the outdoor space. The screened porch is really nice for eating outside or playing cards/games. There is uncovered space on the open porch where you can sunbathe and a covered sitting area overlooking the courtyard great for reading and relaxing. The only thing that might be a downside for some guests is the location of the parking for this unit. It is about a block and a half from the condo. We were given one parking pass for the paid parking area, but it fills up fast, so we didn’t drive anywhere after checking in. Our son arrived later than us and had to find parking on the street. Overall, it was a great vacation rental and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great location, but VRBO listing is a little confusing on which unit you’re actually getting. The property was nice, but could definitely use some new linens, free access to the community pools (price per day was $60 to use the pools??!!) and updates to the unit for the price. Overall a really great stay, but we do wish for the amount that we paid, we would have had a unit that better reflected that price. We have stayed in Seaside/Seagrove area for years.

We had a wonderful stay! The property was clean and comfortable, with a beautiful view and proximity to food, shops, and the beach. Host was responsive and helpful. There was plenty of space for the family to spread out and relax. We would definitely do it again!

We stayed here for my birthday weekend, and it was the perfect getaway! The owner was very personable and was quick to respond to any questions I had. The location is unbeatable. You are just STEPS away from the center of Seaside (lawn area). We will definitely be staying here again.

Fantastic stay. Definitely a small place, but we chose because of the amazing location, & we loved it. Basically right behind Great Southern. Very clean and had everything we needed. Loved that there was a king size bed. Great communication also. Hipe to stay again.

We stayed here knowing that it was going to be cozy…but it is barely enough room for two ppl. The internet was virtually nonexistent, the ventilation in the room was poor. I have to say that the property manager returned texts promptly and always answered the phone. He even had someone come out to fix the internet. The location is great if you want to be in the thick of things. The beach is farther away than you think. Parking should have an assigned spot vs. just trying to find a spot. Nevertheless, the beach days were nice.

We absolutely loved our stay here in the cozy little apartment! I read a lot of reviews stating it was small, it is BUT it’s the perfect size for a couple.. plus who wants to be stuck in their room when you’re at the beach? The room was insanely comfy - bed was comfortable like home, towels were soft and it just felt like a little home away from home. We also appreciated how the property manager was always quick to respond when we had questions. THE LOCATION! Perfect in seaside, I loved waking up and walking to get coffee. You are literally a 30 second walk into the main center of town. We had a blast - cannot recommend enough. We’ll be back! 😍

Essentially a hotel room size. King bed is nice and good AC unit. Best location ever. So convenient walking back to the room in 30 seconds when needed. The bathroom was a little dirty but nothing disgusting and the tv remote had dead batteries, but we were able to get batteries out of something else to use. 10/10 would stay here again. It also helps that this cost 1/2 of any other option.

We came in after dark and the door was a little difficult to find, but we made it. The lock box was also hard to read in a darkened hall. One light, the one that mattered, was out. Location was great. Parking a little problematic the first couple of days but after the holiday it got easier.

What a great location!! Amenities were as advertised and everything was clean and in working order. Felt completely safe and was able to reach out to the owners at any time if I needed anything (including rerouting directions when a wreck on the highway delayed my arrival from the airport by well over 3 hours!). Great place, and if I find myself solo in Seaside again, I’ll definitely book here again. Thanks again!

This location could not be beat. We were in town for a wedding and could easily walk to all of the festivities from this spot. The many restaurant options meant we didn't have to do too much planning. A heads up that during the winter, things close early, so be mindful!
