About this apartment rental

New in 2022, a fully furnished loft in the heart of downtown Bristol, TN! Located above the highly rated Cascade Draft House and right across the street from the Sessions Hotel and Southern Craft BBQ. With access to State Street, you are never more than a few blocks away from any entertainment or excitement that Bristol has to offer. Loft has street access to State Street where you can access any of the local shops or restaurants. Also, the loft is only a few miles away from the recently opened Bristol Casino, future home of Hard Rock! Come unwind and relax at this brand-new loft, that just recently finished construction in early 2022!

Great Location to walk around historical downtown Bristol. Boutiques and Plenty of great restaurants. Beautiful and Comfortable loft. Owner was extremely helpful.

Nice loft located on State Street near all of the great eats, shopping and bars. If you have business in the downtown area of Bristol, this is a great location.

Check in was a breeze. The place was very clean and easy to find. Parking was not an issue however I did arrive late at night. If it was a more busy time however parking wouldnt be an issue i dont think considering how much public parking there is. Just may be a little bit more of a walk but that is not an issue personally. Would definitely stay again.
