This home-away-from-home is ideally located at the back of a cul-de-sac in a safe and friendly neighborhood with beautiful Falcon Park just minutes from your doorstep.

There will occasionally be landscapers that come to service the property and shovel snow. We will communicate with you proactively if it overlaps with your stay.
Utah is a high desert climate and as such there is a possibility of ants, occasional harmless spiders, or Box Elder bugs that are usually seen more during seasonal changes such as going to from winter to spring or vice versa. As responsible hosts we have a pest control company to service our property. Sightings are rare but are possible. An occasional sighting is not considered a reflection of the cleanliness of the property.
