Pets are allowed. The whole property is gated off and there is a separate dog run area with an outdoor shower.
Pool heating fee is $100/night and must be reserved for the duration of the stay.
Pet Fee: First pet is $45/night, every pet after that is $25/night.
The property has a recommended maximum of 16 guests, however the nightly rate includes 10 guests. For additional guests above 10 there is an additional fee of $35/night/guest. This is automatically calculated into the price during booking and reflected in the total cost if you put in the correct number of guests.
If your group is under 25 years of age we require a refundable $2,000 security deposit
