You will be within driving distance of multiple spring training facilities, parks, and golf courses as well as within walking distance of the neighborhood park and basketball court. The house was very nice and clean and organized. The house was very responsive and informative. I enjoyed my time there. It was an amazing night.

Everything was great. Comfortable beds, in garage parking was nice since it was very hot. Bathrooms had toiletries. Having 2 master bathrooms worked out very well. The location on the end of the street with no neighbors on one side or the back adds to the privacy. Deep pool was great too. I'll have to come back during spring training to see the Dodgers. Close to the football stadium too.

The house completely exceeded my expectations. Very clean, bed very comfortable and the shower ideal in the back master bedroom. The neighborhood is very quiet and the house is at the end of a street. If I have to point one thing out, the pool cleaner should run longer to remove more of the leaves in the pool. I will definitely try and stay at this house every time I am in Phoenix. May even book trips around getting this house!! The hosts are incredibly quick to respond and very helpful!

Loved that it had all we could want during our stay, keurig machine, toaster, pool table, games and a nice pool in the back yard. Nice and clean and comfortable beds. Great location to restaurants and a beautiful location in the gated community it is in.

This property is everything it says it is. Nice kitchen with anything you would need for cooking or just a snack. The sitting room which we didn't use looked amazing. The family room was big and comfy.. More bedrooms than we needed but all were great. There were just 2 of us so we each had a suite. Then on to the pool..so big and so nice. Anything you wanted to do was close to the location. Gated community so it was perfect for us.. I would highly recommend this location. You won't be disappointed.

With a variety of ages of family members, this house was perfect for our needs. We traveled with our daughter, son-in-law, and grandchildren and the 2 main bedrooms with the 2 additional bedrooms met our needs perfectly. The house was beautiful and well maintained and the pool was lovely. We loved the quiet neighborhood. There were toys for the kids and lots of space. The hosts were fabulous, too!

This is an amazing place to stay. With the two master suites and two other bedrooms, we were able to accommodate our family of 7 visting to do an early Christmas. There were signs to help guide you to where things were, plenty of items in stock, and two living rooms to gather in. Would highly recommend staying here if you're looking for a place in Phoenix.

This is a Fantastic Home. Photos don't capture the true greatness. We loved the TV room with the sound bar, the sectional reclining sofa, so comfy. The bedrooms are roomy, beds sleep comfortably. Kitchen had everything and more. The air fryer was definitely a bonus. We enjoyed the Arizonia sunshine daily by the pool.

My family needed a place to gather for Thanksgiving. My Mother just recently passed away, so we were hoping to be able to have a place that felt comfortable, safe, and provide a little fun. This was perfect. Any blips were easily taken care of. Communication was quick and friendly. Connor was incredibly responsive. It really wasn’t an easy trip for us, so having everything work smoothly with this vacation rental was a blessing. Thank you!

The home was lovely. It was perfect for our small family gathering to celebrate my Grandpa's 100th birthday. The layout was perfect with two king suites and plenty of space throughout the house. Communication with the owners was terrific! We'd definitely stay here again.

This home was clean, the kitchen was well equipped and the beds were super comfortable. The home is an end unit making the location quiet, peaceful and very private. We loved it. The five of us thought this home was spacious and very comfortable. The hosts promptly responded to all communications we sent and they gave us directions and access information that was precise and clear. Each morning we enjoyed watching the desert wildlife while we had our cup of coffee. We HIGHLY recommend this home and will be back if we’re in the area!

This house was perfect for me and my family. We loved the pool first and foremost, which was extremely clean and wonderfully shaded in the evening. This house is THE cleanest rental I’ve ever stayed in. The pool table is full size and nice quality along with all of the other furniture. The beds are comfy, the waterfall shower in the master suite was amazing. The house is fully equipped with every little thing we needed. I truly do not have one bad thing to say about this place and we home we can stay here again. Very impressive and again, so clean. It’s nice to stay at a place where the cleaning fee is actually used. It’s clear they use a service that does a fantastic job. Thank you!!

It was just me and my 22 year old grandson, but this house checked all the boxes. Super hot temps over July 4 weekend put us in the pool all day. Great pool and the yard is scenic and PRIVATE. We had a ball. Mile End has two bedrooms with en suites which was perfect for us. Maybe add a TV to the blue bedroom. We played a lot of pool inside the house with the massive pool table. Something I had not done for years! The house is laid out so well for a larger group; kitchen at one end, with a living room in between, followed by the huge family theater room and pool table. Would love to return here with more family in October. Highly recommend Mile End! Communication with host was excellent too.

Beautiful, spacious, clean home in a safe, gated neighborhood. The pool and hot tub were cool and clean. Pool toys were lacking but we bought extra and left it at the home so there's more now. There is an outdoor camera pointed directly at the pool which didn't bother us but I wanted to mention it to other families. House rules state temperature must be kept at 78° or above which was uncomfortable for our family so they allowed us to turn it down to 72 at night which helped. Owners were very responsive to any questions/issues we had.

The pictures online don't do this home justice! It is spacious and comfortable for a group, with fun amenities like the pool table, pool, and hot tub. Communication through the whole process was clear, with the best communication about the house before we arrived that I've ever seen in a rental. We were in town for a soccer tournament and didn't have time to enjoy the pool or hot tub, but it was also clean with great space to hang out in the backyard. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this home again! Thank you for a great stay.

Everything was as listed. The house was spacious and well equipped from toys/games for kids, to kitchen ware and spices. There was a little park across the street and a basket ball hoop a couple of hundred yards away. Pool, spa, and outside area were comfortable as well. Host was very responsive to our questions. Would definitely stay here again.
