This brand new beach home is named 'Sueño' which means 'Dream' and what a dream she is! Come have an amazing experience at this stunning newly constructed modern townhome in Carolina Beach! This 4 bedroom home is the tallest townhome in all of Carolina Beach and offers the breathtaking rooftop views of the ocean and the beach town. It is nothing short of a stunner.
There is no question that one of the best features of this modern home is the rooftop. Enjoy both sunrise and sunset views that will keep you with your camera in hand. Even from the rooftop, you can hear the ocean waves and feel the salty air. The rooftop views of Carolina Beach are breathtaking. This rooftop is equipped with a dining table for six and comfortable outdoor furniture perfect for vacationing.
The fourth floor of the home has the living room, kitchen and dining area. This is an open floor plan which accommodates large groups nicely. Enjoy the 70 inch 4D TV. The space also has a balcony with beautiful ocean views.
The third floor has two bedroom suites. One has a private balcony and both have private baths. Each bedroom can accommodate four people and each bedroom has a large flat screen 4D TV.
The second floor has two bedrooms with a full bathroom. One of the bedrooms has a private balcony. The second floor also has the linen closet and a large laundry room. Each bedroom can accommodate four people and each bedroom has a large 4D TV.
The first floor of the home has a two car garage that doubles as a climate controlled rec room. The room is equipped with every beach accommodation you can think of (chairs, umbrellas, beach wagons, games, etc). It is also equipped with a ping pong table, a TV for gaming or movie nights, a basketball Pop A Shot game, a retro video game arcade with over 60 retro games to enjoy, two adult bikes and tons of games! The room has both AC and heat and is the perfect space for evenings or rainy days. Additionally, in the back yard, the house has Adirondack chairs with a fire pit and grill. There is also an outdoor shower for your use.
This home is equipped with an elevator!
The location of the home could not be better! You will be only three minute walk to the beach. You are also walking distance to ice cream shops, tiki bars and SO MANY restaurants. The nearby lake and boardwalk are also easy walks from the home as they are both under a mile away. A 5 min drive away, you can also enjoy the state park for hiking, kayaking or paddle boarding.
Fort Fisher is only 4 miles away where there are more beaches and the wonderful Aquarium! During the summer season, Carolina Beach has a fabulous amusement park right on the boardwalk with fireworks weekly and tons of entertainment.
Wilmington, NC is only 20 minutes away where you can enjoy the USS Battleship and many more riverfront restaurants.
