About this house rental

Literally close to every attraction, or stay in to swim, lay out, shoot some pool, throw darts, or enjoy the TV and wifi. With 2 masters (one w/ a king and one w/ a queen) plus a bunk room w/ 2 twin beds over 2 full beds, and 3 total bathrooms, an open concept, a garage game room, and a huge backyard with a pool, there is room for everyone.

Note: The pool is not heated. We have it open from the first weekend in March through sometime in October (depending on weather).

Really good property, clean, comfortable and had everything you needed. Quiet neighbourhood but thats what we wanted. Close to local grocery stores and a short drive to the rail lines, fort worth or six flags. Really enjoyed the stay, pool especially so cooling down after yhe heat of yhe day.

We loved the house and all the extras it had to offer. Everyone enjoyed the pool and the game room. The house was in a nice neighborhood and the location was great for all of our plans. Perfect for our family and we would definitely book again!!

We cut our stay short and left after 2 nights, paid for 4. The house was moldy and musty smelling. The pool was dirty, the pool vacuum was not working. No anti slip mat in the shower, my wife slipped and fell. The refrigerator had a sign that said don’t drink the water from the dispenser, it doesn’t get used often enough and gets stagnant. May explain the moldy smell in the house if not used enough and not kept climate controlled. I would not stay here again.

We had a blast in the pool. The house was exactly what we needed. We had a glitch with the coffee pot and the owners brought us a new one so fast you can’t call it an inconvenience. This is exactly what our three generation family needed. Thank you.

The location was great. It was centrally located for all the locations we wanted to go with a short Uber ride. There was plenty of room and the amenities were outstanding with the pool and pool table.

House was a clean, older home. The pool was closed and not able to be used during our stay even though it is the very first picture and part of the description of the home. We booked this house specifically to use a pool as we had children with us wanting to swim. I contacted her before to make sure it was heated during our stay and she said it was closed for the winter but still on the listing. Not everyone understands the weather in Texas and we were coming from the northern US so the listing and descriptions matter to us when we make our decision. The beds were very uncomfortable. The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. They want you to strip off sheets and put in the laundry room before you leave and not blankets which kinda grossed me out. Do they not wash blankets even though we snuggled up with them.

I enjoyed my stay. Just wish they had trash bags on hand. Very comfy and friendly neighborhood. My children stayed in bunk beds with their own bathroom Sister had her own room and bathroom. Cory and I had our own room and bathroom. Everything you need. Thanks Julie!

I booked this property for it's central location between Ft. Worth and Grapevine and a pool was a must in late July. We wanted a few days of sight seeing and relaxing after my daughter's cheer camp in Grapevine. We absolutely loved the house! The layout is a ranch style with plenty of room for people to spread out. The kitchen was great for cooking and chatting at the large counter. We used the converted garage quite a bit for work outs and playing pool. We swam for hours every day we were there and loved all the pool floats that were provided. It was also so nice to have a washer and dryer. Plenty of bath and pool towels and just did a load as we used them.The neighborhood was well kept and quiet. Many groceries stores within minutes. Would definitely recommend for families as there is plenty of space and 3 full bathrooms. A very relaxing stay! Communication with Julia was easy with quick replies. Will definitely stay here again if back in this area.

This house was great. Very spacious and had everything we wanted. The pool was wonderful, lots of floats and things for the kids. Beds were comfortable. Nice and open to have lots of family time. Enjoyed the gameroom garage very much. Overall was great, we will definitely stay again.

The listing is accurate at 3 real bedrooms with 3 baths. The garage is well insulated and has a separate ac unit if needed but we did not need to turn it on. Garage has pool table, dart board, and exercise equipment. The only downside was only 7 k-cups for 5 people/4 days and only 1 towel/washcloth per person, 1 dish cloth,(no sponges) 1 dishtowel (we used one of our limited handtowels to dry dishes when the one got too damp). So plan to bring your own coffee or buy here and plan to do some laundry if you like to have clean towels/dishtowel. But over all very comfortable and nice place in safe neighborhood.
