Check in was okay the man didn’t give me any information as far as when breakfast was how to get to my room WiFi or even where to park. So he bed was to firm for our comfort obviously some people don’t mind. There was pubic hair on the shower wall and the door was busting from moisture. Definitely could use a little updating in the rooms.
4.2
Room was very clean, the people at the front desk were very polite and answered all my questions. The hot tub in our room as clean and worked excellent! Very relaxing!
4.2
The bed was very old and lumpy. Otherwise my stay was really great. I will stay again.
4.2
The room was fine with exception the coffee maker quite working on the next to last day of our stay. We reported it twice, but it was not replaced. Andrew at the desk was great! One gal never acknowledged us when we tried to speak to her, a third was pleasant. A quick shout out to the girls at the coffee shop as they were absolutely wonderful and friendly!! We ate at Jack Henry's restaurant and it was okay....

Enjoyed our time only problem was waiting on the elevators in the morning to go eat. Other then that everything was great!

The rooms need to be updated. Couldn’t get the heat to regulags. Kept turning on and off all night. Said restaurant was open until 10 but closed early so coii hi don’t get room service.
4.2
The staff that checked me in was not overly friendly and attempted numerous times to convince (bribe) me into attending some information session the following morning. Appeared to gave a difficult time taking no for an answer. It was a tad annoying.

Carolyn the bartender made amazing drinks!! She was wonderful

Everything was wonderful. Lots of smiles

The stay overall was poor due to the condition of the facility. The resort is on desperate need of renovations. They also do not have enough elevators to accommodate the amount of guests staying. During the stay one of the elevators fell 6 floors and was put out of service. Also the remaining elevators did not sound like the counter balance was working correctly nor the brakes. We chose to use the stairs 7 flights worth. I will not return nor be recommending this establishment until it is renovated properly and the elevators are recertified.

I paid extra for a king newly updated. It was nothing new about it. When I called they said it was their updated room. When I asked at the desk the next day, they said our bed had a new headboard. Really, I paid extra for a new head board. I feel like they did not deserve the rating they had.
4.2
The toilet was dirty, I had to ask someone to clean it before I felt comfortable; the overall condition of the room was poor: dirty, worn upholstery on the chair, drawers didn’t close properly, atmosphere of old worn out furniture and carpet; I was scheduled to stay for 6 nights, but I was so uncomfortable with the state of the room that I left after one night.
4.2
The stay was perfect. Comfortable, clean and very friendly service. The breakfast buffet that was included was wonderful! Beds and pillows great!
4.2
It was comfortable. My only complaint is that the building is so large that it’s hard to get on an elevator in the morning. Other than that, it was great. We stayed in one of the older rooms that had not been renovated yet and it was still fine.
4.2
The people are your best asset. Everyone we interacted with was friendly and helpful. A delightful staff! The rooms, however, in desperate need of renovation! Our room was very rundown. Rusty fixtures in the bathroom, dark stains on the curtains, very dirty carpet. The carpet in the hallway of the 4th floor was also dirty and worn out.
4.2
The shower had no hot water and the breakfast was luke warm. The elevators were painfully slow. Was not impressed at all with anything there.
4.2
The check-in process was fine. The hotel carpet was stained in the hallway in several places as we walked to our room. The furniture in our room was old, peeling wood in places. There was a yellowed thing on the wall like a speaker or an old smoke alarm? The mattress was awlful and there were the two small pillows each for a king size bed. The pillows were not even standard size pillows. The complimentary breakfast was the worst ever. The eggs were swimming in water and had no taste. Not clean looking at all.The hotel needs a major renovation. It looks good from the outside, the inside is gross. The parking was absolutely horrible as well. The person that checked us in, Andrew, was great.
4.2
The hotel is dated, all the rooms were booked and I observed several customer issues while I waited to check in. All the staff were rude. We had a corner room with updated beds. The comforter on one had dried blood on it. We requested another one. They left two lightweight blankets in a trash bag at our door. We were in the room waiting for it. Free breakfast but the lines were always a long wait. We gave our tickets away. Only one set of elevators some people waited 40 minutes to get downstairs from rooms on the higher levels. Would not stay here again. We checked out a day early.
4.2
Very nice accommodations, perfectly situated for walking to several attractions nearby.
4.2
Computer system went down aftercheckin. This created a whole set of unwanted circumstances.

I don’t enjoy giving bad reviews but this place felt offensive. Do the owners care at all about their guests? It doesn’t seem so. This place stinks. It doesn’t look like it has been updated since before the Clinton Administration. The carpet is stained & ripped. The toilet is super low. Sinks don’t drain. Shower is tiny and reeks of sulfur or sewage. The bed is so springy every time your spouse rolls over, the whole thing shakes so violently it wakes you up. The parking is on a hill. The “indoor pool” is a joke. You swim under a big, nasty plastic “flap” to get to the outside pool. It is so tiny and just nasty. The “breakfast” was inedible. The only good thing is the staff. They were all warm, welcoming, helpful and so kind.
4.2
The elevator was a disaster. During morning hours they only allowed 2 elevators to run. We had to wait forever. Today we had to use stairs from the 5th floor because we never could get on an elevator. Our room was not cleaned. No coffee in room. And you have to ask for towels if you need clean ones. The breakfast was awesome tho
4.2
Rooms really need updated. Shower walls are cracked. Rust on door frame.

I’ll start with the good; the location is perfect if you want to be in the middle of all the major attractions with easy access to just about everything you can imagine. The view from our top floor corner room was absolutely stunning. However on to the bad. •the hotel is part of a “vacation club” so all the extras are subject to you sitting through 90 minute presentation on becoming a member. Since we chose not to participate in that we were charged an extra $50 to be left alone. •the hotel is quite outdated. Our wardrobe doors were falling off, the bathroom door knob came off in my daughter’s hand trapping her for a minute. • matresses were so old you could feel every spring. Every move you made in the bed altered the whole room. The bedding was I’ll fitting and constantly came off the bed. The carpet was sticky. The layout of our room was terrible. We could hardly move around each other. We had a tiny mini fridge but the microwave was communal for the whole floor so you had to walk to the ice machine to use it. The free break buffet wasn’t anything special but wasn’t terrible. All in all I’ve stayed in much better for a similar price. We won’t back.
4.2
Close to attractions. Walking distance to many. Restaurant/Bar on site. Pool/Hot tub.
4.2
Location was central to our activities in town. Front desk was very kind and knowledgeable during all interactions. Check in and check out were very easy processes. The room itself had many cosmetic issues - clear tape was covering holes. Curtains were stained. Bathtub was heavily scratched. Nothing that affected our stay but it just felt very run down.
4.2
our stay was for 1 week, We were greeted warmly at the registration desk, we checked in on Sunday, we were told the room would be cleaned on Wednesday, not so. We had to call the desk, make an appointment to get the room cleaned. Trash emptied. Clean towels etc. not few soap.
NO WIFI. Breakfast Buffet ran out of food by 8 am. Hot tub rules not observed and the water not shocked with chemicals daily, water was scummy and filthy. Disgusting.
I notified the desk that the smoke detector light was flashing on wednesday, we left the following sunday and the device still had not been fixed.
The housekeepers are understaffed but we nice when we asked for extra soaps and towels. I only say 1 housekeeper working the night or evening shift.
The WIFI offered is an OPEN network, you cannot conduct any type of business on this type of network for fear or hacking. Premium network is not available, I offered to purchase a secure line, it is not available. The wifi signal that was available was so weak it was practically non-existent.
This is a very big hotel that is managed like a small hotel. Should've been be a lot better.

We’ve stayed here before and it’s usually a good stay. We usually book the updated rooms just like we did this weekend, however, the room did not look updated (other than headboards). The bed was lumpy and bathroom did not drain well. The bathroom was very old and was mildewy. We did not have a chair. My in law’s room also had lumpy comforters and when they got there, the tv was on but no remote. They called for a remote and no one came. Our friends’ room had blackout drapes that didn’t close all the way. We checked out, expecting to be asked how our stay was but was just told to leave keys on the counter. I felt very dismissed. Not friendly at all. This weekend’s stay was disappointing.
4.2
The lobby looked nice and front desk. I wish the rooms looked the same. The carpet was coming up in places or very frayed. The beds either had ripples so you could not get comfortable or you rolled to the middle. The restaurant attached was good for dinner not breakfast. The biggest recommendation i have is drop off your luggage before you park. The parking slopes are horrible if you have mobility issues.
4.2
Very busy hotel the night we stayed.
Clean rooms, staff was friendly, parking lot is on a slope. Close to a lot of stuff.
4.2
I think clean towels and bath supplies should be furnished daily and they are not. Your flier states, "call front desk for clean towels, etc." I am paying for that service and shouldn't have to ask for it.
There was a roach in the bathroom!
The carpets are so stretched that I had to be careful not to trip on the wrinkles. I have stayed at the Radisson for years and it is time for a make over! Skip the free breakfast and use the monies to upscale the hotel.
4.2
We enjoyed our 1 night. Spur of the moment stay
4.2
The bed was lumpy and the sheets smelled like disinfectant. There was a homeless woman in the lobby as I left early in the morning. The halls smelled like marijuana. I will never stay here again.
4.2
it was amazing
4.2
The beds were good but the AC was just as I had read. Extremely noisy and very temperamental. Couldn’t use the hot tub or pool due to so many kids in it from 6:00-11:00 pm. Breakfast was good! Bathroom was extremely small. Front desk was extremely nice.
4.2
Everything was great except they didn’t have any shampoo or body wash available in the bathroom showers.
4.2
The restaurant needs more variety on their menu, for people that don’t eat pork or meat and lower the prices of the menu.
4.2
It was ok. Toilet seat in room very loose. Not enough parking in front. When you park in back you have a long walk and uphill, tough for older people. The breakfast was nothing to brag about, had to wait to get bacon and when they brought some out, it wasn’t much and almost didn’t get any that round.
4.2
The breakfast was yummy, we really like the pool, it’s both indoors and outdoors. The hotel is right in the middle of the strip so only minutes from so many attractions. It was a very enjoyable stay.
