Weather was great, hotel is only ok. Smell of drain in our ground floor room was terrible. Cleaners threw out valuable good, food was only ok.

Hi Hotel was good but it was primarily designed for French people. The area outside the pavement uneven and dirty and there was not enough choice of restaurants as the food in the hotel got a bit samey

We've just come back from a week stay here and it was fab. Our girls are aged 9 and 7. They loved the slides etc but mainly played in the main pool. Its a quick taxi ride from the airport which cost 20 euros, no need to book transfers. Food is your basic all inclusive stuff. Its not too far from the strip, around a 10 to 15 min walk or a taxi ride.
Only downside is the room for the night time entertainment isnt very big so you do struggle to get a seat. Also it doesnt have a games room with a pool table and a few arcades for the kids to enjoy while waiting for entertainment or to keep them out the sun for a little bit during the day. But it did save us some money ha.
Overall its a lovely hotel with modern rooms. No need to be up at 6am putting towels out either, we went for breakfast at 8.30am each day and their was plenty of sun beds available.

Pool is cleaned daily, floors are washed most days, rooms are clean and spacious. Bath doesn’t have a shower door so when showering water leaks out all over the floor if you’re not careful causing damage around the door frames

Only one bar staff on during the day meaning queues for drinks and only one bar which was a bit of a trek from the kids area. Especially if you then have to queue.
Water for kettle or replaced each day.
Shower tray or deep enough so bathroom flooded with every shower meaning dangerous

Very convenient, bus stop just outside the hotel, Lovely area but the children splash pool was shut for maintenance or something was being fixed so could not use it which was very disappointing as we booked the hotel so kids could play in the splash pool nonetheless very child friendly would highly recommend

Fantastic hotel, very clean and food for all inclusive was excellent had some off the best meals in the hotel versus going to restaurants, fantastic hotel for kids and very well equipped

I ended up at this hotel after my friend was taken ill on a cruise and I ended up staying here
The staff on reception Jerome & Natalie were so helpful & made a difficult time a lot easier & although I was on my own for the first few days they made me feel at ease
The room was very nice
The restaurant was amazing with so much choice & especially enjoyed breakfast & all the staff are so friendly
Also the hotel Director was very welcoming and helped me by upgrading me to fully inclusive as he could tell it was a difficult time for me especially as I was supposed to have fully inclusive on my cruise & suddenly had to pay for food unexpectedly
I would recommend this hotel to anyone

Property in very good condition, very smart. Our room suffered from lack of sunshine. Equipment in room microwave and fridge but no cutlery or plates. No wine glasses

Would not recommend
-Email sent to hotel a few weeks prior requesting a quiet room. The room we were given (134) was without a doubt the noisiest in the hotel. Cleaner carts for the whole complex, boxes of pillows etc stored in the room and walkway next to our room. Woken early every morning with loud banging noises and cleaners.
- the bedrooms overlooked the hotels dumpsite. Small trolleys were dumped in right throughout the day and night.
- workers sitting right outside our bedroom windows smoking (my husband had to tell them to move on 3 occassions in the week)
- a make shift gate was blocking the view of the cleaner area/dumpsite from other guests walking by - the gate is a safety hazard - blowing all day & night adding to the noise whilst also could potentially fall on a young child (shown in pics)
- description of room was double bed, king bed and sofa bed. There was no double bed just a tiny second room with a single bed. One of my kids had to sleep on a mattress on the floor.
- Buffet was repetitive
- always a lengthy queue at the bar
- no wheelchair or aids available incase of injury
- would not allow my husband to bring food from the buffet to the room when I couldnt walk down due to my child being sick and myself with a fractured ankle (staff pulled a plastic plate from his hand telling him it was forbidden to take food to the rooms
