If you are looking for the most relaxing and enjoyable stay, book this hotel. It’s so comfortable and totally low key. There were many spaces in the hotel inside and outside to do what you want.

Wonderful vacation

* exceptional food (5 course menu at dinner, great variation at breakfast buffet). Half-board included also some snacks for lunch. * Comfortable, styled and clean room with balcony * Wonderful location * Sauna, swimming pool (10m ?) and heated pool - just wonderful after hiking or if bad weather * Free parking (could get crowded when fully booked)

I would have preferred a little more privacy in the bathroom while sitting on the throne.

The Wellness ,the restaurant , the cosy atmosphere in the hotel ,the staff is very friendly, the free carparking ! Splendid hotel

The outside of the building when you drive in.The fixed places at the table in the restaurant …but they changed it quickly if you ask for an other table 👍

The workers were friendly

I think that place was haunted by ghosts I couldn't sleep The place is horrifying and the guests are so terrifying that I could not sit in that strange city

For a short getaway during Covid it was brilliant.

The standard of cleanliness during a Covid pandemic was exemplary: however we did wear our PS2 masks in the lift and stairwells.

Things have changed with new ownership and Covid: perhaps some of the special comforts will return in future.Fo

Dinner buffet for the price was very disappointing, I would of expected better quality of dishes. The type of place you take the food from the buffet but never finish your plate as its not quite what you expected it to taste like. Next time I will definitely take a la carte and hopefully be happier.

Great rooms, personnel, and the spa - we had a really nice stay, we will definitely be coming back someday.

The parking lot is quite small if you arrive late you may found that you have nowhere to park.

Flexibility of staff to alternate eating areas during buffet. Assistance in selecting wines which turned out excellent. Rooms are good. Breakfast selection outstanding and worth the extra.

People smoking in outside eating area, but I suppose that is Europe and not specific to the hotel. Parking spots tight
