It was really nice experience to stay here. friendly family, really really delicious home made meal, clean room, great scenery!!😀😀 It is little far from the city, but don't worry. he pick you up at the airport, and you can use tuktuk(?) at reasonable price . Don't worry about all the things. just book and come. I'm sure that you'll experience unforgetable experiences!.!😀

Overall.. Fantastic! And in staying here, you are helping a lovely family with school fees and helping the local community instead of big hotel chains!

Good homestay in the countryside
Previously we stayed for another two nights at another home but we had to move due to occupancy. I must say we are really glad that we spent two days with Richart and his family. Their bungalow is situated in a very beautiful countryside, which is completely different from the busy touristic Siem Reap center. We were simply overwhelmed by the impressions for the two days we spent there. The bungalow is quite basic but it was kept very clean and tidy. We appreciate it very much that this family had us as their guests. so we heard a lot of stories about Local life and culture. We booked the tuk tuk for sightseeing and he is more than just a driver. He is a proper tour guide! We visited Angkor temples and a floating village with Richart’s tuctuc and Richart is as punctuate and reliable as a Swiss clock;) we would really recommend and encourage people to have this homestay experience as it will enrich your trip immensely. I am writing this long review also with my intention to support the village and the local community;)
