Buen hotel calidad precio muy bien ubicado y muy comodo

Excelente ubicación con tranquilidad y comunicado con tranvia directo al centro, ya que la parada esta a 5min. Parking en la instalación gratuito y tambien facil de aparcar fuera. Buena zona. Hotel bastante nuevo y personal muy amable!

Se averio el aire acondicionado la primera noche pero lo arreglaron para la segunda.

Ohrstöpsel mitnehmen!

Die Rezeption ist rund um die Uhr besetzt und das Personal dort freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück ist für den Preis völlig in Ordnung. Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb von Florenz, ist aber mit der Straßenbahn gut erreichbar.

Extrem störend war für mich der ständige Lärm. Das Hotel ist sehr "hellhörig", man hört jedes Wort und jedes Schnarchen aus den Nachbarzimmern. Und da die An- und Abreise rund um die Uhr möglich ist, kehrt auch nie wirklich Ruhe ein. Dazu kommt noch, dass man nachts kein Fenster öffnen kann, da direkt vor dem Hotel eine stark befahrene Straße ist, die ebenfalls sehr viel Lärm macht.

Je recommande!

L’accueil, le confort des chambres, le parking sur place (mais pas garanti attention), nous n’avons pas pris le petit dej mais ça avait l’air délicieux !

C’est assez grand, je préfère les petites structures mais l’accueil a été parfait Environ 8 min à pied pour rejoindre le tram puis 15 min jusqu’au centre

No hay aire acondicionado en habitaciones

El personal muy amable, el desayuno muy bueno y variado, el hotel está lejos del centro pero muy bien conectado por el tranvía así que genial.

Las habitaciones NO tienen aire acondicionado individual, es centralizado y solo se enciende en verano según nos explico el chico de la recepción, así que durante nuestra estancia pasamos un calor infernal ! No pudimos descansar porque la habitación era literalmente un horno! Optamos por abrir las ventanas pero los zancudos no dejaban de entrar y tuvimos que cerrar nuevamente. Aparte el ruido no se aisla entre habitaciones, asi que escuchas todo! en fin, pasamos una noche bastante mala, por suerte solo fue 1.

Ottimo Appoggio prezzi onesti .

Hotel di appoggio per Firenze non in zona centrale ma ben collegato , c'e' un simpatico ristorante intliano giusto di fronte all'hotel con prezzi modici.

La discesa del parcheggio , asfalto inesistente con la pioggia non so se si riesce a risalire. Solo un appunto , Firenze tassa di soggiorno di 6 euro applicata a tutti anche ai disabili ...ma forse non è così ???

Leider nicht gut.

Die Dusche war so undicht, das bei normalem Duschen das Wasser bis in den Wohnraum gelaufen ist ! Auf Reklamation hat man uns mehr Handtücher zur Abdichtung gegeben. Das Zimmer lag in direkt neben den Aufzügen. Dadurch war die Lärmbelästigung auch über die ganze Nacht vorhanden.

We enjoyed our stay at the B&B Hotel, would recommend it to others, and use it again ourselves.

Location, friendliness and willingness to accommodate our needs on the part of the hotel staff. We did not eat breakfast or use the hotel parking facility although if our stay had been longer. Although small, the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable.

Due to the fact that we had to get to the airport early the next day, we went to bed early the night before. Unfortunately, sleeping was difficult because other hotel guests were loud and boisterous, keeping us awake. The noise didn't stop until well after midnight.

Great place to stay, but off city center.

The Hotel Firenze Nuovo Palazzo Di Giustizia is something you just need to experience. Yes, it's a BnB, but.... With a twist! It has a self serving area on ground floor, where you can get cool drinks and even prep food you find there in a fridge in a microwave. So, no need to got to bed without a night cap ;-) Staff is very friendly and helpful. Just ask. The rooms are clean and neat. Uneventful, but serving the purpose. Pets are no issue. My Samoyed was the start at the front desk. They almost forgot to check my credit card over her ;-) The location is about 2 miles from city center. So, you need a car or other means of transportation, if you want to visit Florence center.

the location was good, there was a tram very close that will go straight to the city center. Our room had a fridge. Very clean

Good breakfast. Stored my luggage before departure, which was heplful.

There was no fridge in the room. The heater/ air con did not heat well enough.

Nice stay

Breakfast was good. Great coffee. The bed was very comfortable, bed sheets white as snow. It was very clean. In the breakfast area the cutlery and plates were very clean. The hotel staff was extremely helpful and nice.

The location - it is about 500m away from tram 2 station and 8 tram station from the city centre (20 minutes). There was no banner how to get to the hotel. It took us a lot to figure out how to get there.

Good hotel at a good location an definitely would recommend the stay

the location is very good 7 mins walk from Tram Stop Torre Degli Agli. tram passes approx very 7 min which is very good. distance to city centre by tram is approx 20 mins. One could also arrive to the hotel by tram from Stazione Guidoni and take tram direction to Unita and stop at ram Stop Torre Degli Agli closest stop to hotel Staff were excellent and breakfast was also good. Food and drinks from the vending machine were also available which is very good for travellers arriving late. Staff kept our luggage safely secured also on the last day,

room was a bit small for the price of the stay No coffee was available in the room

Bellisimo

The bed was really comfortable. The room was very clean. Staff is super friendly and the breakfast is good for €7,20. The location of the hotel is very well reachable from the T2 Guidoni tramstation if you arrive with Flixbus. It is easy to go to the city centre as well and the staff explaines it very well.

In the night there was a bit noise of people when they talked.
