+ Beautiful location + Pool is lovely + Nice and clean kitchen + Nicely polished + Pingpongtable, jeu de boules,... - Can not sit outside in the evening because of mosquitos. It is IMPOSSIBLE. - Downstairs appartment has no airco and a moisture problem. Leaking water tap in toilet wich lead to mold in the walls downstairs. This problem must have been there al long time before we arrived. You could see it on various walls. It did not smell OK! Plumber came to fix the water tap so that we didn't have to clean the toilet every 2hours but the mould problem was the same.It was not nice for me to have the beautiful appartment upstairs and my parents and sister had to sleep downstairs in that smell. Because of the musquitos they were not able to open the windows in the evening/at night so they were realy steamed after a night...

We spent a lovely week in villa Alexandrine, everything was as described and very clean throughout. The aircon in the upper bedrooms was very welcome during the hot spell. The large pool was fabulous and maintained excellently during our stay, we used it every day. We would love to return in the future as we really enjoyed our stay, thank you.

Nice property on edge of quiet hamlet in the Gard

We stayed for 2 weeks in June 2022 as an extended family (4 adults and 2 young children). Antoine was very helpful before our arrival and the property itself was very clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, pans etc which is always welcome. The house is actually 2 proprties together - 3 bedrooms, , 2 bathrooms, a kitchen and living area downstairs and the same upstairs. Both can be locked independently. This would have worked brilliantly for us but unfortuantely there is no air conditioning in the downstairs of the property, only upstairs. This is mentioned, deep in the details section of the property, but we only realised this on arrival and meant we all had to stay upstairs as there was a heatwave (39C+) during our stay. We all felt that the listing should make this much clearer in the main text and we wouldn't have booked if we had known 3 bedrooms had no air con. Also, we were told on arrival not to use the upstairs kitchen (no reason given) despite this room being in the listing. Because we were all staying upstairs, and had paid for the whole property with 2 kitchens, we felt this was unacceptable and used the fridge, coffee machine etc but cooked downstairs when needed. The property is on a nice overall plot and the pool is heated to a lovely 28C; we used it throughout our stay and other than it lacking a smooth lining (some rough concrete steps) it was very pleasant to use. Overall we had a pleasant stay in an area we know and like but because of the air con issue in particualr wouldn't return to this particular property.

Everything was great, we had wonderful two weeks at Saint Alexandre. The house and pool was excellent! We like to play pétanque, so the only thing we werd missing was some light to play in the evening. Thank you very much for everything and especially to Antoine who is a very nice person and very helpful.

Superbe villa très fonctionnelle, isolée ds un cadre de verdure reposant, au sein d'un petit village qui a beaucoup de charme...idéal pour promenade VTT. La piscine de belle taille et le boulodrome nous ont permis de passer de belles heures de jeux agréable s avec tte la famille... A spécifier l'accueil très chouette et naturel... Bref, je recommande sans restriction ! PS: il y a la clim dans très les pièces a l'étage

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à la villa Alexandrine. Nous étions 3 familles, 11 personnes au total et c'était parfait! Maison très propre et très bien équipée, les photos et descriptifs correspondent bien à la réalité, la piscine est magnifique et bien entretenue, avec de l'ombre ou du soleil selon ce que l'on préfère, parties de pétanque en contrebas. Equipement cuisine et vaisselle au top, literie de qualité, l'environnement est idéal pour les amateurs de course à pied/trail ou de vélo que nous étions. Et surtout merci à Antoine, au top, qui nous a accueillis sur place , et tout fait pour que notre séjour soit un régal! Merci merci!!!

Très belle maison dans une belle propriété tranquille. L'espace des pièces est très agréable et la vaste piscine magnifique. Les jeux pour grands et petits sont nombreux. Bref rien ne manque.

Nous étions 11 adultes et tous sont unanimes à dire que c'est une de nos meilleures locations ( nous partons chaque année en formule location de villa ) . Une belle chambre par couple , 4 salles de bain et autant de wc , chacun avait son indépendance . Des pièces spacieuses , 2 cuisines ou rien ne manquait , que demander de plus . Et une belle piscine au milieu d'un jardin superbement paysager . Et l'excellent accueil d'Antoine qui nous a attendu patiemment pendant 2 heures à notre arrivée.

Wunderschönes Haus, wunderschöner Garten, top gepflegter Pool. Dazu Antoine, der einem mit Tipps zu Ausflügen, Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants, Wein zur Seite steht. Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Wonderful house, wonderful garden, wonderful clean pool. And friendly Antoine helping with restaurants, wine and other attractions in the surroundings. Notre séjour fût très réussi. La villa est en tout point parfaitement conforme à la description faite sur le site. C'est une villa très confortable : avec beaucoup d'espace ayant permis aux jeunes et aux moins jeunes de trouver sa place. Tout est neuf et notamment la litterie qui a fait l'unanimité ! Il faut souligner que la villa est très bien équipée : rien ne manque. La vaisselle est en nombre suffisant pour vous permettre d'avoir de "grande tablée". Les enfants ont apprécié et profité pleinement du boulodrome, de la piscine, de la table de ping pong et terrain permettant de jouer au volley ou au babington. L'environnement de la maison est exceptionnel : niché dans une forêt, c'est le calme absolu! La maison est de plus près de grand nombre de sites incontournables : une documentation des sites touristiques est à disposition au sein de la maison ce qui fort appréciable. Nous avons enfin été accueillis très chaleureusement par Antoine, toujours présent pour répondre à toutes nos questions. Un grand merci pour nos vacances réussies! Nous reviendrons, c'est certain....

Que demander de plus: cadre verdoyant, calme, jolie maison bien agencée, propre et très spacieuse. Nouvelle literie très confortable. Les enfants ont pu profiter du "boulodrome" et de la table de ping-pong. Ils étaient ravis. Nous y reviendrons sûrement durant la période estivale afin de profiter de la superbe piscine.

La villa Alexandrine tient ses promesses ;-) Très agréable, très propre, très bien équipée, excellente literie, ... Piscine de belles dimensions, piste de pétanque et terrasses ont fait notre bonheur Accueil professionnel et sympathique, les lits faits à l'arrivée ... Tous les ingrédients étaient réunis pour que nous passions une magnifique semaine en famille (à 11!) . A consommer sans modération :-)

Avant tout merci pour l'accueil chaleureux qui nous a mis tout de suite dans le bain d'une délicieuse semaine à venir:) Partis en famille plusieurs familles (13 personnes) tous ont eu leur espace,leur intimité. Rien ne manquait même pas le soleil Nous recommandons vivement cette villa pour tout le lieu le confort la piscine le terrain de pétanque la literie le village le decor tout était parfait Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir.
